Summit is awesome! Great quality for the price. Their kolaches in particular are way better than Shipley’s and I can say that confidently as a native Houstonian. And they are cheaper than Shipley’s as well! They have plenty of donut selection too. The breakfast tacos are also great.
The staff is always so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend coming by for a local breakfast favorite!

Summit Donuts is hands down one of the best spots in town! The quality here is amazing, you can really taste the freshness in every donut. They’re soft, fluffy, and perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. The breakfast tacos are incomparable, seriously some of the best I’ve ever had. The tortillas are warm and soft, the fillings are flavorful, and everything tastes homemade.
The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and service is always quick even when they’re busy. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back every weekend. Whether you’re stopping by for donuts, tacos, or coffee, you really can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend!

Great food, but they will will not make certain items if they don’t feel like it and that’s super annoying. I was told a taco would take 20 mins and I said okay but then they said they wouldn’t make it. I came another time and they said it was too cold outside so they wouldn’t make a iced drink. Silly rules in my opinion. Again the food is amazing but you never know when you’re gonna be allowed to get what you want.

The donuts and kolaches are delicious! They are flavor full and gooooood. I tried the tacos and they were kind of disappointing, they looked so good in pictures! The egg was dry to me and that sucked but the coffee was good! The place has a variety of donuts, for and drinks. It is clean and the employees are nice.

We ordered:
2 Boudin kolaches
1 sausgae, egg, and cheese biscuit
1 brisket kolache
1 bacon, egg, and cheese croissant
1 chocolate milk
The order cost $23.xx and the brisket was NOT brisket.
It was ground beef with onions iand other spices.
The sausage in the ***sausage***, egg, and cheese is HAMBURGER meat and the biscuit is not a biscuit….it’s like a brioche bread or aomething.
Everything was also way too bready. Will not be going back here. First time will be the last time.
