This is a convenient spot to get a quick lunch meal. They have a cafeteria lay out. You can pick from a variety of food such as pepper beef, fried chicken, fried fish, black eye pies, mash potatoes, collard greens. You can also order burger and fries or philly cheesesteak and fries, etc. They have fruit cups of cake for dessert. I gave only four stars due to the location. The restaurant has very dim lighting inside and many vagrants sometimes outside. Beyond those to things the prices for lunch are great for budgets.

In the city again today, 6-4-22. I stopped for a quick bite to eat before going to my destination. I was sitting down with my food by 6:57 am. The restaurant had just opened at 6:30 am, so I was disappointed that my salmon patty wasn’t hot. Also, I couldn’t figure out the taste; never have I had bland salmon patties/croquettes. Made me wonder if they were frozen.

It was the worst of plates and the worst of plates. I ordered the pork chop, cabbage, sweet corn and muffin. The cabbage was ok. The corn was as if someone put too much sugar in the Kool-Aid. I broke off the smallest piece of pork chop and almost couldn’t keep it down! It tastes like salmonella and panko breading. I might call the health dept. I RAN across the road and got a Quiznos lobster salad for $11. I will never eat here again!

I was chased in here by the rain while looking for a different restaurant. They sell your basic meat and two sides or two meats and two sides as the case may be. I was not impressed with what I ordered. The filet fish had bones, the fries adequate and the mac and cheese nondescript. Even the peach soda was lacking. I don’t see me going back without another horrendous rainstorm.

This place is HORRIBLE! I ordered fried chicken, mac n cheese, and rice with a soda. I took one bite of each and instantly threw up! I was so shocked because that had never happened to me before! I was nauseous the rest of the day! I would not suggest eating here!

A.P.D. and Fulton County police need to wipe this place clean of all of the drug-dealers and bums that live here. The food is ok, and the owners are great people. The crowds that hang here are what ruin the experience, because they don’t know how to act.
