I hate to say it but I think this place is starting to go down hill. Had the chicken fried chicken and it was like half a step up from school lunch. The chicken was tough and the mashed potatoes had to be from a box. Also, I think they forgot to add the flavor. Just got a pie the other day for a family get together and that was still good. I don’t think I’ll be back for dinner or lunch anytime soon.

One of my favorite places to eat. Everything is always fresh, homemade and hot when your served. The omletes and potato casserole dishes are my favorites. Breakfast all day long. Muffins are excellent. I recommend the cherry almond muffin. Can’t go wrong. Regular size casserole is just right for me. Sometimes more than I can eat and I take my muffin home. Waitresses are friendly and knowledgeable. Great service.

Nice place, was charged incorrectly for food. Had a slightly difficult time getting the waitresses attention. Food came out quick and was good. The facility was clean and everyone seemed friendly otherwise.

Stopped in for breakfast before getting on the road to drive back home to Colorado. Ordered the Irish egg Benedict. Very good. The portions are huge. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. Wish I wasn’t so full so I could’ve tried a muffin!

The only reason I am giving a 3 star review is because the portions are tiny for the price. We paid $18 for the chicken fried steak plate and it was one tiny chicken breast, a half cup of potatoes and gravy and a half cup of mixed veggies. The good was delicious but for the price I can’t justify going back. If they gave a decent amount of mashed potatoes and veggies so the plate could be shared then I would be fine with the price. The main dish can be small but the sides are cheap and should be a decent portion.

I missed summer kitchen. Great restaurant and I have always loved their eggs Benedict options. Still sour about the Bellevue location closing, so I don’t get to go much anymore as the others are quite a drive. Great place to eat if your in the area.
