Lots of flavor choices at great prices. Flavor reaches all the way to the bottom of the cup, no bare ice anywhere in these. There is also a doggy station where your pup can get water and a free treat! This is a great stop on a sunny day. The owners are very cheery and kind.

This place is amazing. We wanted to try it out with my niece that’s visiting and we are so glad we did. The prices are great, the amount of shaved ice,and the flavors to chose from are fantastic. The service is incredible very friendly and helpful. If you get a chance go.

The ice was good and my dog enjoyed his treat. Menu suggestion for the future would be syrups made from organic fruit juices instead of syrup with artificial dyes. Red and blue dyes are not good for kids. Would pay extra for that.

Stumbled upon this place while staying in town for the week. We have gone every single day and absolutely love it! The people were amazing and we loved the punch cards! 5 months ago we were in Hawai’i; my wife had never been, but I spent 3-1/2 years stationed there in the US NAVY in the 70s. She REALLY wanted to try Shave Ice, but the opportunity didn’t happen. Took her here for a date yesterday and she was blown away! Very good: texture, intense flavors (she loved the strawberry especially), priced reasonably, and wonderful staff! They also give a veteran’s discount, and expressed gratitude for my military service. All in all, an Exceptional Experience!!

This place is AMAZING! The owners were genuine and as sweet as they come! They went above and beyond to serve my husband and I while visiting. They took the time to chat with us about life, their business and about our visit to Minocqua. We made a point to stop a second time on our way out of town because the shave ice were that incredible. We will always be loyal customers anytime we are in that area. 100% recommend!!!
