Be patient and you’ll be rewarded. Apparently only one cook so it can take a little bit so don’t come in a rush. Small indoor seating with just 5 tables.

One of the best Asian food we have in the US. Small dinning space but clean, neat and interesting.

Sumatera has hands down some of the best food in Steamboat if you’re into flavorful South Pacific cooking. Lea is an incredible chef letting the spice and flavor shine through.

Well if the restaurant has been around a touristic area I am sure they have their own business catering to local palates.

While the food is good I picked up a large order and had 25% tacked onto my bill per their policy. I’m fine with tipping Togo orders but adding 25%-30% onto a to go order seems a bit excessive l. The place is a bit expensive to begin with. Get ready to overpay.

Pure luck finding this spot. And so glad we did. This is a mix of Southeast Asian cuisine with Indonesian being the harder to find component. Place is simple and well put together and was quiet for 5pm with a great waitstaff – friendly and efficient! We ordered some jasmine tea and Lemper to start and moved up to Laksa and Gulai Ikan. Everything was hot in temp and on point and I have eaten street food in SE Asia. Waitress helped us understand that Malaysian Laksa IS different from Indonesian Laksa!! Gotta keep learning

Some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. I was very impressed with their appetizers, sauces, and gluten free options. Even my incredibly picky boyfriend said “We should come back” after only one bite of the spring roll before his entree arrived (the Lia rolls are huge btw). The staff was very professional and kind.

I ordered take-out and picked it up last week. When I got to my hotel with my order I realized it was incorrect. I ordered a meal with tofu and they made it with chicken. No problem, I understand, mistakes happen! They said they’d call me back later that evening and do a refund. I didn’t receive a call back at all, and I haven’t been able to get through to their phone number now for 6 days. Their voicemail box is full. I guess I will be out of $30? This is terrible service.

Fantastic food! Went in when it was full (very little seating in the whole place), and waited for a table to open up. Very glad we did! The server was so sweet and accommodating for our group even though she was very busy with all of her tables the whole night. Everything was very authentic and delicious. I’m very glad I ordered mild for my entree because even that had a slight kick. Level 3 was enough to make my bf cry (he loved it). Don’t get 5 unless you’re Asian yourself! We will definitely be back!
