If you’re looking for a fun night out in Winthrop, Maine, you can’t go wrong with Sully’s Tavern. This cozy bar has a great selection of drinks, friendly staff, and live music every weekend. You’ll feel right at home in the laid-back atmosphere and enjoy the local talent. The only downside is that they don’t serve food, but that’s not a problem because you can order from the adjoining business, which has a variety of options to satisfy your hunger. Whether you want pizza, burgers, or salads, you can get it delivered to your table at Sully’s Tavern. I had a blast and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good time in Winthrop. It’s not a fancy place, but it has a lot of charm and character.

We love this place! My wife and I found it on accident a while back and we have been stopping by on the weekends ever since. Being from Wisconsin we have been looking for a place with a tavern or supper club feel to it and this is it. We can play pool or darts and get whatever we want to drink or eat. It’s not a microbrewery or pub that we are used to seeing in Maine and that is a big reason why we like it. The place is clean and the staff is great!

Plain Jane burger was fabulous and huge! Service was excellent. Fried food all tasted the same. Onion rings were way too salty and overcooked, with very little onion to be found. Cooking oil was either old or low quality, because you count taste that more than the fries or shrimp. Just an okay place.

What can I say about Sully’s; atmosphere is warm, beer is cold, conversation is friendly. met my wife here although I wouldn’t call it a meat market by any sense but amazing things do spark from a friendly conversation. The restraunt end is small and inviting but rarely open but in the summer it is definitely the place to be, not that you can’t get food all year long you can; and damned good at that just got to sit at the bar, so maybe family friendly is not the word I’d use unless your family is 21+ but if they are your in luck
