This restaurant is named after and dedicated to the memory of Saul ‘Sully’ Rosenstein (1983-2018). Sully was an amazing son, brother, and uncle. He was a gifted scientist who was published while still in high school, loved being a U of A Wildcat, graduated in the very top of his medical school class, was a surgical resident, and became an accomplished professional Sushi Chef while in med school. He was taken from us far too early, but his memory and passion to make the best sushi live on in our restaurant dedicated in his name.Sully’s Erumi Sushi (Sully’s Dream Sushi), where the food boasts THE FLAVOR OF THE DREAM.

This is definitely my new favorite sushi place. I got the bento box, came with the teriyaki Salmon, salad, rice and spicy tuna roll. We also got shrimp tempura rolls and miso soup. Most sushi usually has the same taste. This one had a fresh flavor and the salmon was cooked to perfection.

My wife and I just got back from Japan, and this is the first sushi spot we’ve visited that matches the quality, portion sizes/affordability, and service of what we had there. I can’t recommend this place enough. Might possibly be the best sushi in the valley – which is so funny given its tucked away location and quaint vibe. 10/10

AWESOME local find! Founded just a year ago, this little hole in the wall offers fresh fish at super reasonable pricing! Combined with hot Japanese as and Korean dishes on the menu, this place offers one of the best value in the Valley. Go check them out! We’ll be back again soon!

Erumi Sushi is fantastic! The fish is incredibly fresh, the rolls are creative, and the service is always friendly. Definitely one of the best sushi spots in the area. We also love the festive decor and the holiday music! Highly recommend!

This was literally the best sushi/ Japanese restaurant I have been to in Arizona. I would be confident to rate it as the best sushi joint in the state! The restaurant in small but kept very clean the kitchen , dining room and restrooms were spotless. The men preparing the sushi and food were extremely friendly and the waitress was a sweetheart. We finished all our food and she brought out a plate of mochi ice cream to us for free! Highly recommend this place to any one hungry in the area

Went back for the second time and they didn’t disappoint us. Ordered the sizzling beef this time and it was delicious! Everyone in our family enjoyed the food. It was my son’s birthday and was super happy when he got a surprise ice cream treat and a super cute orange from the owner. It made his night. Thank you for making it extra special!

Loved this little hole in the wall sushi spot! We decided we wanted to try something new and checked this spot out after we saw their great reviews. It’s a quaint little place but the service was top notch and the food quality was amazing! We will definitely be back. 10/10.

Just had the best sushi experience at this amazing small business! The sushi was incredibly fresh, every bite was packed with flavor, and the presentation was beautiful. The owner was the nicest person ever. So welcoming and kind, and she even gave us dessert on the house! The service was great, and you can really tell they put love into their food.
