This was my first time at Sullivan’s and I have to say Lily was the most amazing server and made this experience super special. The Lobster Mac N cheese was the best I have ever had and the cheesecake was spectacular. The crab fried rice wasn’t the best but everything else was perfect. Would absolutely come back!

4.7 stars. Business dinner for our party of 12. Server and team did a wonderful job ensuring our drinks were always topped off and the evening flowed beautifully. My fillet was cooked perfectly and delicious with the Oscar topping. All appetizers ordered (shrimp cocktail, fried calamari, fried cheesesteak egg rolls) were a hit with everyone. The steaks and sides made for a superb meal. Slight ding on the food due to three members of our group who had to send their steak back b/c they were pinker than preferred.
The private dining room and table setup was just right for an evening of hearty conversation and laughter. Thank you Sullivan’s Steakhouse team for a solid dinner and evening.

We had the private room reserved for a party of 17 for a wedding reception dinner and arrived at around 8P.m. The front desk was friendly and greeted us and within a couple minutes showed us to our tables. There was a $1500 minimum which I thought was a bit high considering 7 of our guests were children small enough to order off the kids menu. Our group was assigned 2 waitresses who were friendly but the attention was very lacking. We waited 10 minutes for the son of the bride and groom to receive a lemonade and it was never refilled in a 2 hr dining experience. Also, the youngest child in the room asked for a cheeseburger as his meal early on before other orders were taken but he was the last to be served. The meals came out in parts and pieces and Summer for food got cold waiting for everyone else to get fed. At the end we still had not met the minimum and there was enough left for us to get additional two bottles of wine and two bottles of champagne. It would have been nice if the server had kept up with that and offered us to drink it during our dining experience since we had multiple empty glasses on the table. The food was good but not great. In the end we still enjoyed ourselves because it was a very special day for this couple but I’m not sure I would return. I’m used to excellent service at restaurants of this level and was very disappointed.

We went there for lunch and it felt like the tables were too close together. There was no pre fixe menu which would have been nice for the holiday. The food has seriously become overpriced. The steaks were fine but salads were not chopped. My scallops were salty and very small with literally one spoonful of risotto. Plus, I had to wait about 10 minutes longer for my food. Lobster mashed potatoes tiny and $22. The worst was tiny piece of cheesecake for $14. Since I asked to split I thought this was half, and waiter said no without blinking an eye. In addition the atmosphere inside is not as upscale as other steak places. Come if youre just ordering steaks and using gift cards or better to just eat in bar for happy hour. Otherwise recommendation is to go to a different steakhouse.

Made a reservation for a birthday dinner. Came early and sat in the bar. Excellent service and atmosphere in the bar! Had some appetizers and some drinks. We tried the caviar deviled eggs, beef wellington bites, and tuna poke. Literally 5 tiny eggs of caviar on the deviled eggs, not enough to even taste it. The other two were tasty. Beautiful presentation on the drinks. Finally was seated, next to the loud kitchen, in booths that definitely need to be replaced. Absolutely NO cushion at all. We ordered a cajun ribeye with family style sides and my brother got a house cut ribeye. When the staff delivered to the table they gave us the wrong steaks, which we did not realize until 1/4 way through. When the manager came by he did not offer to replace or discount or anything. Their solution was to bring more chili oil to put on the wrong steak that was served covered in house steak sauce. Our steak was not cooked to temperature and the best part of the ribeye was burnt… which is a far cry from medium rare. Disappointing service from management. The lobster mac and cheese was not worth the price either. Chef just threw lobster on top of precooked mac/cheese. The best part of the night was our server Robin. She was exceptional. Other than that, for this price point, you are better off at Capital Grill.

We came here to celebrate our anniversary. It was a romantic restaurant with excellent service and really fantastic food. They had a happy anniversary card on the table and some rose petals, a very nice reception! One of my favorite points was that I did not feel rushed at all. It was a very leisurely dinner (several hours), and we got to really enjoy each other’s company. The server was very friendly and helpful but left us to ourselves as appropriate.
The food was better quality and presentation than we have had in a long time. The beef wellington bites were exceptional, and the cocktail options were interesting and creative. I got the lavender limoncello martini, my husband the wagyu old fashioned, both were fun and super tasty!
We leisurely worked through our four-course meal, enjoying delicious house-made salad dressings and expertly cooked steaks. The salt crusted baked potato loaded with goodies was a real treat! It’s a nice bonus that they offer several complimentary sauces for your steak as well. My husband’s steak, the cowboy ribeye, was exactly what he wanted and cooked exactly as he requested. Most restaurants do not live up to his expectations of steak!
Our server, Shannon, was excellent! She let us move at the pace we wanted and took her time and thought to help us choose the wine we desired, which turned out to be a perfect bottle for us. She was friendly, interactive, and recommended the perfect items for what we described.
We would be very happy to return to Sullivan’s and have Shannon wait on us!

My partner and I chose Sullivan’s to celebrate our anniversary after seeing all the great reviews. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the experience. We aren’t very picky and are not usually ones to complain or leave bad reviews. In fact, I typically only go out of my way to write reviews for restaurants that exceed my expectations. However, this experience fell so far below the mark that I felt compelled to share.
To be fair, the evening started off great—our table was decorated with roses, which was very cute and romantic. We ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls to start, which tasted amazing, along with a Caesar salad that was also good. However, it took an hour and a half for our entrées to arrive, and when they did, they were far from stellar. We ordered a Wagyu strip cooked medium and a bone-in filet mignon cooked medium rare. The Wagyu strip was slightly burnt on the outside and, honestly, much chewier than expected. While some fat is to be expected with a Wagyu cut, the large portions of extremely chewy fat were disappointing, and the same was true for the filet mignon. Both steaks also arrived lukewarm rather than hot.
The sides were also lackluster for the price. We ordered the lobster mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, and Brussels sprouts. The mashed potatoes were quite bland, and the lobster contained pieces of shell. The sweet potato casserole was overly sweet, and while the Brussels sprouts had decent flavor, they were undercooked. All of the sides arrived rather cold as well.
Our waitress was pleasant but not very attentive. We were rarely checked on, and she seemed to be stretched far too thin. We were seated near the kitchen, which appeared to be having issues, with numerous servers standing around waiting for food. We ended the meal with a slice of cheesecake for dessert, which was also underwhelming. To their credit, they did add a nice decorative touch to the plate.
Overall, the experience was definitely not worth nearly $400 for a meal that we honestly felt we could have prepared at home for a fraction of the cost. When dining at a restaurant of this caliber, one expects a cohesive, elevated experience—from the service to each course—and we were left unimpressed. This was also the first restaurant of this tier we’ve visited for a special occasion where we did not receive a complimentary dessert. Not that it truly matters (what’s another $15 on such a large bill), but it felt notable given the nearly 90-minute wait for our entrées.
What was meant to be a luxurious experience to celebrate our years together ended up feeling like an almost three-hour waste of time and money. Based on the reviews, perhaps it was just an off night—but we expected better.

Shannon made the best recommendations! Made us feel at home! Food was spectacular! Filet with The goat cheese Bernaise sauce was my favorite. Oh, and you cannot forget to get the crème brûlée and the carrot cake for dessert. It’s a must and don’t forget the specialty drinks and they have the best mock tails! I tried a little bit of everything tonight and everything was top-tier

I typically love Sullivan’s, but this one reminded me of one of those bad dates that you have with your ex’s when you knew you shouldn’t have gone. You know that feeling before a date when you realize you definitely made the wrong choice? Well my friends, it was as if my fore fathers of steak was warning me not to go as I had stepped my pretty little feet inside.
As I stepped into the place that I “believed” was Sullivan’s, (unpronounceable as I could barely see a sign that showed the restaurants name) I was greeted by the friendliest of host. I will begin by stating that the hosts were the only great thing I found here. We came in early so we decided to go to the bar and have a drink. I asked for a dirty martini extra dirty which was not dirty to the kind I would’ve imagined. I imagined a cute virgin getting peed on by a bunch of pretty unicorns which was doused onto my martini as I lathered it softly. That was not the case. It was not dirty and better yet straight and plain, as if I was Jane meeting Tarzan for the first time. No flavor.
The appetizer was mid to comparison, I ordered a calamari which was okay but the main course at which I was frothing over barely satisfied my steak craving. Granted I split a steak because my meager self couldn’t stomach all the steak it was flavorful but a tad dry. The mashed potatoes which I would have hoped mashed me so hard I would’ve not complained made me feel less than satisfied.
We also weren’t greeted at our table until 25-30 minutes after we were sat and it was my birthday. They didn’t even say happy birthday or send me off with a birthday dessert. All they sent was a message a discount off my meal because of the 25 minute wait, and an old rose that I picked the pedals off and threw along side of the table to make it more festive. Would honestly say I’m less than disappointed but will just will just settle for never coming back again. I’ll be going to chuck-e-cheese for my next 30th birthday. The service there is way better. At least chuckie the rat will wish me a happy birthday.

My son and I returned to the restaurant by invitation from Kayla Kruez the general manager to make up for a previously dinning experience. My recent visit more than made up for it. We could not have asked for a nicer, more calm and relaxing dinning experience. The service by Ryan, our server was top notch, the food was absolutely amazing, and the view from our table was stunning. The Sullivan’s staff and managers Ian and Kayla went above and beyond to make sure we had one of the best dinning experiences of our lives. I look forward to dinning hear with my family for years to come. Thank you Kayla, Ian, Ryan, and the rest of the Sullivan team for such a wonderful experience!!!!
