Small Taqueria on Sullivan with a modern and clean interior and very limited seating. Looks like most people at lunch hour get their lunches to go. The team that runs the shop is friendly and welcoming. Flavors are pretty “averagely good”, but portions are quite small for what you pay. Overall, decent authentic Mexican taqueria that’s worth a visit if you’re in the neighborhood.

I ordered the bowl with chicken mole, it was absolutely delicious, I also had 2 tacos one carne asada and the other was another chicken. On the side we had the street corn and queso fresco (which was fresh string cheese) the only thing was there wasn’t much space to sit and eat and they ran out of street corn unfortunately. Besides that I really enjoyed the food and the service .

I found this spot in Soho off of Google reviews. It’s on a pretty quite block next to an Montessori school. The place is pretty clean with indoor seating for 8 people and outdoor seating. Solid Taco spot. The Fish tacos were a clear winner for me, that spicy sauce made that taco a 9.5/10 for me. Next time I go back I’m getting 4 fish tacos straight instead of mixing it up

I stumbled upon Sullivan Taqueria while walking around the city and needed something quick — and I’m really glad I stopped in. I tried three different tacos, and all were solid, but the fish taco was definitely the standout: fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly well-balanced for a quick bite.
The place has a cool, laid-back vibe, and the staff were genuinely friendly, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great little spot for tasty tacos when you’re on the go. Would definitely come back.

Great taco place in soho. Tiny shop with small menu. Fresh made tortillas nice and soft. Meat toppings were just ok. Tacos about $5 each. Tried tamales was good but lacked flavour overall. Horchata was yummy although they added more ice than drink. Seating indoors and outdoors. Flavour is nice hot sauce a bit bland. Overall ok place to try.

Good takeout lunch place! The chicken mole was tasty and flavorful, and there was a lot of fresh flavors from the other toppings. However, I felt that the bowl was a bit expensive for its size. I would definitely come back, but I’ll try the tacos instead and see if they are more cost effective!

Decent. Fresh. Clean. Super nice staff. Great ambiance. I’m from southern CA and lived in Mexico so I’m a biased when it comes to Mexican food. I had a barbacoa taco and a mole taco for lunch – good but not great, a little bland on flavor. Street tacos size, so not a huge portion for the price. Basically typical for NYC Mexican.

Good taqueria spot. I’m a Georgia raised mexicana and needed some tacos to fill the hole in my stomach after a 2 hour flight. I chose this place because it was a 7 minute walk from where I’m staying AND the tortillas looked hand made.
The tortillas are hand made.
I got 3 tacos de asada. And asked for a jarritos plus salsa. I would come here again although it’s pricey for me since I’m out of state. I paid $18 for the 3 tacos and jarrito. My understanding is that’s normal here…
Staff was nice and tacos were made quick. Thinking about getting another two tacos. Music playing is in Spanish and staff speaks Spanish + English too.
