Doordashed the Pupusas de birria…. Chefs kiss. Food arrived hot and tasted like I was eating it there. Everything you want pupusas to be….these were it. I thought the pupusas had great flavor without using any slaw or sauce that it came with. But then the great additions make it so you can mix it up and take different enjoyable bites. Nothing was too salty. The coleslaw that comes with is my new favorite pupusa slaw ever. They give you the slaw with some juice inside the bag so it’s not dry when you get it (I wish every place did that) The slaw is also cold and seasoned very well – i ate the rest of it even when the pupusas were gone. The slaw has the raw red onion and raw jalapeño which I found to be unique and notable. They are doing it right. Birria broth had a good flavor and wasn’t too concentrated and the usual red sauce you get with pupusas was good as well. The red sauce was unique, kind of like a less concentrated version of tomato soup. I liked it. Overall there’s not one thing I would say that I didn’t enjoy, which means I’ll be getting that item again as well as trying the others. Highly recommend giving the Pupusas de Birria a try

I absolutely love Salvadoran food and when I was a kid, I had some pupusa’s at this other little shop and I’ve been trying to find a similar shop to it and now finally I have found my number one go to to get pupusa‘s and other delicious food items. Thank you so much for making the best food I have very tasted in my life, you make my heart and my stomach very happy and I hope you guys flourish as a business and I really hope everyone can try the amazing food you prepare!!
