I was on my way out of the mall and was offered a free sample. I tasted the teriyaki chicken and it was ok. So I decided to order some lo mien noodles. The noodles are spaghetti and teriyaki sauce and do not resemble lo mien at all. If it was at least the right noodle it wouldn’t be so bad but this is nothing like lo mien at all. I wouldn’t eat here again

I’ll say the Teriyaki Chicken wasnt that bad but the veggies had no flavor. Tasted like frozen veggies from a grocery store. The service didn’t make sense. The cook lays out all the orders in a row above the grill window. As I’m watching he Puts the chicken Teriyaki on the side to sit while cooking the other orders meat when the guy before me and after me could have had our orders out the way. Your suppose to give the customer there order when it’s ready. Not make everyone wait cause all the orders gotta be complete at the same time. Don’t make sense. Also the cook gave the lady free sample meat out the big pile of Chicken as I’m seeing my order could have been in my hands. I’ll just keep going to Wok-A- Holic instead. They serve it the right way.

I got the chicken teriyaki here and ended up with a stomach ache shortly after eating, possibly food poisoning, but I’m not sure. The veggies looked like they had been sitting out for a while, and the food didn’t seem fresh at all. The service wasn’t great either. It felt like a rip-off version of Sarku Japan. I couldn’t even finish my meal because my stomach started hurting.
Be careful when eating here, food handling doesn’t seem to exist.

I loved the previous place that was here, it tried the new place today and it looks like the guy didn’t clean the grill well enough between batches of chicken. The Teriyaki shouldn’t be crunchy but there were little burnt ends from bits on the grill that had been overcooked. The sauce is good, very sweet, but if the chicken is crunchy I won’t be back.

The woman at the register was SO slow. Someone had paid with a hundred dollar bill and the machine timed out, and she didnt know the change she needed to give back. She took forever trying to figure it out. When I tried to return the food that was overcooked and no very good, I tried to take it back and exchange it for something fresher she had told me “uh… no” lucky the manager heard and fixed it. But she gave a lot of problems for us.

Alright. Not as good as the place that used to be here. They can be a little rude but it’s decent food. Kinda pricey for what it is but what do you expect from mall food I guess.
