Fun and unique spot.
The sushi slides out of a tube when you press it, super convenient and mess-free. Easy to eat on the go and actually really tasty.

Best sushi ever!!! There was a line, but we only waited about 15 minutes, and everything moved really fast. The staff was super nice and welcoming. It takes about 20–30 minutes for your sushi, but the cool part is that you can go for a walk, and they’ll call or text you when it’s ready. Absolutely delicious the best sushi in New York! Trust me it’s worth waiting a line!!!

I’ve been seeing Suka Sushi all over TikTok and Instagram for a while, and I finally decided to try it — and I’m so glad I did! The concept is really unique, and it looks just as amazing in real life as it does online. The place is very clean, and the staff was super nice and polite.
I ordered the Philadelphia roll. It was pretty big, and I was pleasantly surprised by how generous they were with the filling. It’s honestly such a great option for takeout — really convenient to eat while walking around or sitting in the park. Perfect little lunch idea.
The only small downside (and I understand it’s part of the concept) is pouring the soy sauce on top. By the time I got to the last couple of pieces, the soy sauce had settled at the bottom, so it tasted a bit saltier than I would’ve liked. But I get it — that’s just gravity doing its thing.
Personally, I love eating sushi with marinated ginger in between pieces to refresh the taste, and I also enjoy a little wasabi. I wish they included small packets of ginger and wasabi on the side (maybe they do in-store — I just don’t remember getting any). That would’ve made it perfect for me.
Overall, I really enjoyed it. One roll wasn’t quite enough to make me completely full, but I think two would be a perfect, satisfying lunch. Definitely recommend!

I ordered three popular sushi sets based on the staff’s recommendations. My friend and I truly enjoyed them. We loved every single set. My first two visits were unsuccessful, but today I was warmly greeted by a very kind gentleman who said, “You’re our first customer.” This place is absolutely worth the wait. I loved the welcoming atmosphere, especially the food. Thank you for all your hard work. I went with my boyfriend and not only was the food amazing but the staff was just as great. It was freezing but they gave us free hot tea while we waited and the line moved very quickly. We tried their California and spicy tuna rolls and both didn’t disappoint in the slightest. We asked the staff which one was their favorite and everyone recommended the tuna. Food was so fresh and tasted so good the wait was quick considering the long line so glad we got to give it a try!

The sushi tasted absolutely amazing – honestly the best sushi I’ve ever tried. The packaging is super cool and very comfortable to use. You can even eat it easily while sitting in traffic or at a red light. Highly recommended!
