I ordered the bogo fish sandwich from Ubereats. Easily the best fish sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Fish was seasoned well but the tartar sauce with jalapeños bought out the flavor and gave it a kick. Delicious.

Although there are tables there, there’s no table service. We sat down and 10 minutes later realized they weren’t going to come to the table. Food is good and inexpensive. But that’s if they get your order right! We waited a while for our food and it came separately. By the time my food came out, my BF finished eating.

I REFUSE to order from this place EVER again…I’ve even told my friends family and co workers DO NOT ORDER from here. They do not listen to orders….my order is always wrong or missing something…I ask for soft fries n they are cold and hard. they charge you for what you request but it’s never within the delivered order. It takes forever just to place an order and just as long to have it delivered. I refuse to spend my monies or anyone else’s money here.

I must say food and service was great! I ordered via uber eats and everything was fresh, hot, absolutely tasty, and on time. I ordered the chicken and waffles, cheese omelet w/ hash browns, and a cheeseburger. So far, it is one of the best places I’ve ordered from. You definitely will be satisfied. Great portions and again, the food was delicious. Thank you for a great experience!

So I ordered food for my child and I on a Thursday morning. Long story short, I ended up having to wait almost 3 hours for my food. I ordered my food at 9:30 and did not see my food until 12pm. And if that wasn’t enough, I didn’t even have all of the stuff that I ordered!!!! After an hour and a half of waiting, I called the restaurant to see what was going on. The phone would ring and go to voicemail. (Keep in mind this is a place of business we are talking about here.) After calling 10 times, I finally spoke with the rudest person ever and asked what was the reason for the delay …the person replied “We were busy.”
Um hello— this is diner, of course you’re busy…. What does that have to do with fulfilling my order in a timely fashion?
You would think because I frequent this place, they would consider a “loyal customer’s” feelings, but, no. Not only did they NOT deliver my order in a timely fashion, but their level of professionalism and customer service was terrible. The person on the phone was abrupt and careless. To be honest, every time I visit this place he seems miserable and unhappy to be there. His attitude is truly unacceptable. Considering the fact that I spent almost $30 and ordered from seamless and I live fairly close to the establishment—- I really can’t understand why this behavior was warranted.
The owner of the place really needs to considered new employees if he’s going to thrive. Not everyone is willing to deal with a frustrating temperament such as the one I encountered today.

The 2 black guys that work there are great in store as well as over the phone. But the Mexicans are terrible with their customer service. Every time I call they always rush me off the phone and hang up before I can finish telling them my order. They never ask if there’s anything else I would like before hanging up then I find myself having to call back several times to complete my order cause I’m always ordering for multiple people when I call. Then on top off all that when my food is finally delivered it’s cold and something is missing that I was charged for!
