The generous helpings that this lil joint offers is amazing. If you walk away hungry, its your own fault. The burritos are scrumptious! As are the cherry margaritas. Make the drive! It’s worth it.

We ordered a bunch of food last night. It was delicious. I went in to pick up my order everyone (the owners) were wearing masks. As I was paying they informed me that they could sell to go margaritas. Oh my gosh. They were awesome as well. (I did not taste test on the way home as I was instructed). But had there been a straw in my cup I would’ve been tempted. We loved our dinner and experience. We have left overs for tonight.

This was my dads favorite restaurant in northern michigan when he was alive. Took some friends here this past weekend. It’s still the quaint bar out in the middle of nowhere it was back then. Great beer selection on tap and their Mexican food available on the menu was incredible. My burrito was delicious and my wife raved about her taco salad. My dad was always wanting us to take him to rib Tuesdays…yes, I can remember the ribs were fall off the bone good.

Jessica was awesome! Spot on service. Generous portions! Love the atmosphere! Pool, games, pinball all in one place. Chips didn’t need any seasoning. Good on their own……

Ordered a pulled pork sandwich.. two bites in I notice a huge piece of metal in my sandwich. It was like a zip tie but only the metal part.. thankfully I didn’t bite into it!!! The waitress gave me a new sandwich and took it off my bill but I lost my appetite and couldn’t eat it. Other than that it seems like a nice place.

Wow! What can I say but I would drive an extra 200 miles to not eat there again. “Pan fried Lake Michigan perch in a light breading”, at $19 for five small fillets that were heavily breaded and “pan fried” in too cold of grease that resulted in uncooked breading is a rip-off. For a “brewery” to only have one beer brewed by the “brewery” on-tap was very disappointing. The $65 ticket for the undercooked perch, a burrito and fajitas with two beers and a well drink was shocking. None of the food was any where near of a quality that justifies that kind of pricing. Save your money and your taste buds and drive back to TC to eat. Side note, waitress was nice but could have made a correction to bill when notified of issues with food. The cook should be let go…

The food wasn’t that good, especially given the high prices. I had the chalupas and it was basically soup. Everything congealed together with enchilada sauce broth. Three stars because the service was good.

Very large portions and great waitstaff. Some nights the place is packed, and sometimes it’s almost empty. Pretty standard American Mexican food.

I did a carry out of the broasted chicken dinners to share with my homebound friend. Number one choice for food in the area is broasted chicken. I personally love their wet burrito.
