Didn’t like the experience it’s giving a feeling of bigotry. I was left outside the door it was after 11 when they open. So I walk back to my truck and this white guy walks up and grabs the door he’s in. I should’ve left but I wanted some food. I ordered the brisket dip with au ju. I never got the au ju sauce the sandwich was plain brisket was tasteless maybe cause the caramelized onions was to over powering for the sandwich. It was alot of them too. The girl at the counter could tell the vibe was off she barely wanted to hand me my receipt and change. I will never go back. I don’t like the feeling of being treat awkward.

Was in town for a work-related golf tournament and stopped by Sugarfire afterwards. Very glad we came here because the Brisket Dip sandwich was incredible, especially with the coffee BBQ sauce. My coworker ordered fries as a side and had a very small portion, however, my portion of BBQ beans was great.

Will definitely be back the next time I’m in town to try more off the menu!

Would not recommend due to service. We arrived at 830pm. Posted they close at 9. Open sign still on. When we walked in we were rudely greeted by a young man who said they were closed. We apologized stating we thought they were open till 9. He then said only if business is busy and it doesn’t pay us to keep those hours bc we’re slow. Then said we can come back tomorrow at 9am. We explained we’re from out of town and had been driving 5 hours. He then became disrespectful and said “well drive down the street they have some really good BBQ.” As we left a lady locked the door behind us and shut the open sign off.
Never ever will will stop again at this location. We’ve only ate at the Wentzville one once, they were AMAZING so we were expecting the same here. Nope, Its worth waiting a few extra minutes and go to that 1. Don’t waste your time here. Very disappointing.

On Saturday, My husband and I got the big muddy and I could not finish but oh was it so so good!! Worth every penny! Look at the pic I uploaded. It’s delicious looking and tasting. The sausage was amazing with the brisket! I had the potato salad for a side. I had to remove the bun on order to get through the meat on my sandwich. The sodas are different than what you see at other places and we tried a few flavors, all very good. My husband ate his sandwich no problem and he had house fries as a side. We both really enjoyed it. The customer service was exceptional and it was very quick and we had our food fast and fresh. Next time, we want to try the ribs! Thank you for a great experience!

We were sent here by friends for a birthday feast. Tried the ribs, brisket and a smoked salmon, plus the beans, coleslaw, potato salad and cornbread. Yum! Our whole party of 9 were very pleased! Good thing we don’t live in St. Peters ‘cuz nobody says it’s cheap. But everything was delicious!

I can not see how this place has so many stars. All the meat tastes the same with no flavor. We tried 4 different sides and were all bad. Also decided to order hush puppies with jalapeno jelly. That was the worse jalapeno jelly ever. They is no pork flavor in the hush puppies. It task like a plain hush puppies. I feel like that was a waste of 50.00

My first visit to this location. Had the brisket and turkey combo with cheesy potatoes. Food was extraordinary as were the sauces. Getting our drink out was a cluster with the staff saying they didn’t have fountain drinks (they were five feet away) and then being charged $4.95 for a can of the same root beer they had on fountain. Let’s chalk this up to employee mistake. The food is awesome

What can I say about sugarfire? Pricey, like any other barbecue place would be there or out of ribs, turkey and salmon when I went. Ordered a 2 meat combo. Since it was me and my family’s first time going, I had to wing it didn’t get much help from the person taking my order didn’t seem like he had the patience. Everyone else is super friendly. The food was really good. I probably would go back and try a burger. I seen some on reviews that was very good but I didn’t get it. A little disappointed that the two me combo didn’t come with a roll. I had to buy a hamburger bun separately.

Terrible food. The pulled pork is just large chunks of pork shoulder, fat and all. The mac and cheese looked absolutely dried and fried so I avoided it. I had a potato soup which had great flavor but the texture of the bits within were gnarly. I also had the potato salad with horseradish. Not because I’m a potato head but bc no other side looked edible. It was fine. Beer was warm. Staff was resentful that my party of 5 were there. I was bummed out. I’ve heard nothing bit how awesome sugar fire is for YEARS. Incorrect. Try Big Woodys near this location or lions choice across the street instead.
