So I wanted to come through saint louis and experience, authentic saint louis style barbecue. So as an avid google reviewer, i decided to come here. And I was surely not disappointed! My dude Chris cutting the meat was AWESOME! He was fantastic behind the counter. The pulled pork was amongst the best I’ve ever had. The brisket, oh my word….Its better than MANY of the Texas BBQ places Ive been to. It was juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. If I had 1 very minor hiccup was on the ribs. I was expecting a better seasoned bite to be honest, but I assure you its minor. The smokeyness, the juicy bite…again a little under seasoned for my taste, BUT when you put that bleeping Sweet BBQ Sauce…my god the flavor explodes. The baked beans rivaled any Ive had in the ENTIRE USA! The Mac N Cheese, was cooked perfectly, and cheese sauce was creamy and just oh so good. The cole slaw not a huge fan of, but im not going to knock for that. We also sampled burnt ends…yes please, can I get an AMEN! ABSOLUTELY WILL RETURN! I want more!

First and foremost the brisket was scrumptious. It was tender and smoked to perfection. The baked beans were the most unique I’ve ever had with peppers, black beans and celery in them. Delicious! Lastly the chicken potato chowder was unique as well. Food 9 out of 10. Now the challenging part. Most meats were sold out 2 hours before closing on a Monday, so get there early. The sides were limited as well.

I opted for the Brisket Dip! Simply put-PERFECT! The brisket was extremely flavorful with just the right amount of smoke flavor. Dipped in the Au juice, it was…well, Perfect-as I said. I had the scalloped potatoes for $1 more. They have a couple of craft beers and plenty of St. Louis sauces.
Order and pay at the counter, limited table service, but great accommodations all the way around.

The meat part of the brisket was really delicious, but the cuts that I got were probably 50% fat. They are very fast (and friendly) moving folks through the line, but I think the result is that some might get significantly better cuts than others. Be sure not to miss the goodies just before the register (I almost did) of pickles, jalapenos, and onions. And the sauces on the table are all really good!

Also got the burnt end plate. This is where they lost a star. Potato salad and baked beans good. So are the burnt ends. However the portion size of the entree was way too small. Basically got 6 burnt ends. For $20 should’ve gotten more imo.
Still would go back just wouldn’t order the ends again unless I feel like paying $40 for a decent portion.

Hands down some of the most flavorful ribs I’ve ever tasted. The pulled pork and brisket were just as impressive, packed with smoky goodness. The rustic fries with the skin on were perfectly crispy, and the mac and cheese was creamy and comforting. Everything arrived hot and quickly, making the meal even better.

This place has a great atmosphere. The customer service is great, all the employees were really friendly. We were greeted with yummy samples and that St. Louis wibe. The food was fresh and nicely cooked. We had 2, 3 meat platters. The turkey was very, very good. Even my picky eaters liked it. My only reason for giving a 4 stars is that in one of our platters the the brisket was extremely fatty and the other platter was a bit dry. Their desserts were very good too, the kids loved them. The cornbread was very good as well. Overall it was a great experience, we would come back again, and definitely would recommend.
