Place was busy but ordering was easy. Place is nicely decorated for a BBQ place. Ordered the two meat plate with sliced brisket, turkey, corn on the cob, and broccoli & Brussel sprouts. The brisket was amazing but the turkey was dry. The corn was excellent but the seasoning on the broccoli was off. They had 4 different types of sauces to try and all were good. They served without bread and had to ask for some. Employees were very helpful and courteous. They have indoor and outdoors seating. Place was clean and well lit. Was just a bit disappointed on the dry Turkey and one of the sides.

It’s a long line that doesn’t move too fast. But, if you know good Barbecue, that is what it takes to do it right. The ribs and brisket were my favorite. I didn’t get to try a sandwich this time…next time! The sides were also good, but I thought the hash was a little dry. Sauces are also excellent.

Nice place for BBQ. I had a PBLT – nice. The fries should be avoided — soggy. The apple pie is good but could be better if heated up. Sodas are their own brand — nice. I think the favorite is a rack of ribs as I saw a few ordering that. Line can be long during busy time. Speed is not their forte.

Place looks clean and help was friendly…but that’s where it stops. Ordered the 4 bones, and they gave me the end. The meat was chewy and the ribs taste like they are boiled. No smoke flavor at all. Got the potato salad and it was “meh”. Tried the honey BBQ, and it tastes like Kraft BBQ sauce. Also, the menu board has NO pricing on it. I had to ask how much my rib plate was going to cost…that’s weird to me.

They were out of ribs when we arrived causing immediate sadness. The interesting food flavoring choices and super friendly staff soon made that sadness go away. We just stumbled upon this place and we were pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended.

Sugarfire serves outstanding BBQ. I ordered the 2 Meat Combination with Ribs and brisket, for sides I ordered brisket chili and macaroni and cheese. All aspects of my ordered were outstanding. The meats were both extremely tender and had excellent smoked flavor. The sides were very good, but the brisket chili unique and delicious, there were large chucks of brisket in nearly every bite of the chili.

Baked beans tasted like out of a can, max and cheese reminded my wife of her HS cafeteria. Ribs were good but brisket and pulled pork was dry and tough. Boozy shake was really good!
