Wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed in with a smile. We got to watch the process up close and it was overall just a cool experience. 10 out of 10, we would definitely return!
The establishment was clean, and smelled nice. Right on the walking strip for convenience.

We arrived at the store at 8:42 PM and found the employee at the front closing early. She refused to sell a boba tea to my daughter, even after I kindly explained that we had walked more than 20 minutes to get there. Unfortunately, she was unwilling to help and continued closing the store.

This place is so fun and creative. The cotton candy is delicious and they are good size to share for the price. We had fun watching the creation. We will be back. Our Son loves this place and the staff member remembered us from last Halloween. So awesome

Only two guys working and one was in training. But our ice cream came out quickly. Scoops were generous. I felt $8 for two scoops in a waffle cone was reasonable given the size. Cotton candy was bigger than an adults head. Clean, cute place. Place filled up right after we got here but food still came out quickly. Would eat here again!

Cookie Monster shake did not have very good tasting ingredients. Milkshake flavor was kind of bland, frosting tasted a little off, mini cookies were very stale and soft, whipped cream tasted a little weird, donut was good, but not worth $20

First impression was negative. No one greeted us and every single worker acted annoyed for us to be there. Came for the Dolly drink, but was informed they don’t make it any more. Okay, but the cashier just stared at me like I’m an idiot rather than suggesting something close or that I might like instead. He definitely gave off “I hate my job” vibes. The guy making the cotton candy treats did a great job (Eric), was the only one who ever smiled at us, and everything tasted great. We came in a large group, and the workers acted super annoyed every time we ordered a cotton candy character. One of the items we ordered was supposed to have dry ice, but they didn’t inform us until after it was made that they don’t have it anymore (even though it’s still listed on the menu). I placed a second order after we ate to take home and again, Kimberly acted irritated and walked away before I finished paying and didn’t even give me an order number. Also, while we were eating, other customers came in with a dog leashed to their stroller and sat down to eat. This was an over-active, excited puppy that did not appear well-groomed…clearly not a service animal. Gross. We spent well over $250 and were made to feel extremely unwelcome. Probably will not return or recommend.

It hit the spot! So my favorite is Cotton candy, the Mr loves the ice cream.
They didn’t mind giving out samples so we can know exactly what we wanted.

We got a giant cotton candy and churro sundae. SO GOOD! There are a ton of ice cream places on the strip and I’m glad we stopped into this one. Yes, the cotton candy creations are $20 but they are so worth it! We had so much fun with our own order and watching to see what everyone else got!
