Don’t go here unless you plan coming here every week for the rest of your life. Sugar Rush by Theresa is so addicting. It’s one of most delicious bakery I’ve ever been too and nothing compares (and I make it a point to go to every bakery I see). I have been going here for years and watched and tasted her menu grow bigger and better as time goes on. She comes up with great new ideas and lots of flavorful seasonal treats for every holiday. It’s not just tasty treats, it’s legitimately edible artwork.
Theresa has really made her shop a Downtown gem for Salisbury. If you live local and haven’t been yet you really don’t know what you are missing. And if you live out of town it’s definitely worth the tip here just to taste these magnificent treats.

The most amazing thing I have ever ate. She is the bomb baker. We try to go every week. She always has something different but it’s always amazing. She is so talented. I can not wait to try more. Her cookies are off the chain. Her cupcakes are to die for and her cake pops are amazing. I can’t wait to get her to make me a cake.

The sweetest hidden gem in Salisbury! My daughter and I popped in on a whim and I’m thrilled we did. There were no red velvet cupcakes out but the lovely woman working the counter went to the back and pulled one for me, hugely appreciated! We loved everything we bought; cupcakes, s’mores cookie and brownie and a cake pop for my daughter. We can’t wait to be return and regular customers, you ladies were a treat!

Today was my first experience with Sugar Rush and it was SO sweet! My assistant ordered these delicious macaroons as a surprise to brighten my day, and she couldn’t have chosen better! I was told that they even worked out a special delivery just to ensure I got them at my office. Very excited to check the shop out first hand!

This is a cute bake shop. The cupcakes aren’t good the cake part anyway. The icing is pretty good but the cake part is very stiff and not moist at all. They need to work in the consistency of the cake. The cookies aren’t delicious just not enough of each flavo available. Chocolate chip is the best one hands down then the sugar and Cookie Monster. Those were out today. Service is ok the lady doesn’t smile.

If you haven’t been here, you are sleeping on the greatest cake shop on the shore. Theresa is a master. Flavors I don’t typically like, I LOVE of hers. I frequent quite often because her cupcakes, cake balls and everything else…are a work of beauty and perfection. I have eaten so many cupcakes, and I have never had one where every bite is perfect.
