My Cuban sandwich and house salad were 10/10. Fresh high quality ingredients and pronounced flavors without being overpowering. The space was clean with staff wiping down tables after busing them (unlike at a neighboring bakery). The barista made us smooth lattes and cappuccinos and warmly agreed to reheat/microwave my last one when I had 1/3 of it left but it got cold. I can’t wait to try their dinner menu; hopefully on a summer evening on the patio!

Their entrees are so big that appetizers are not needed to fill one’s stomach. Quality matches the 20-30 people spend on dinner here. Lighting is kind to a day of hard work before going to bed. Being a great place to finish a best day ever and overcoming the darkness of annihilation.

Sugar Pine is so great in every way. The new market is adorable. The bakery has to die for cinnamon rolls. The ambience is wonderful. The new expanded menu is great. So many delicious options. AND when they offer pizza on the weekends I highly suggest you go! The most fresh delicious pizza. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Sugar Pine is one of the highlights of living in the Prospect neighborhood. Their wood fired pizza is the best in town, and enjoying it on their patio on a pleasant evening is part of what summer is all about for me. But the food and ambience are great year-round!

Sugar Pine is exceptional! Sat on the patio today and had the braised pork belly bowl followed by a delicious Americano and Snickerdoodle cookie. So good! You feel like you are in Europe or a cool neighborhood in NYC as you are surrounded by the New Urbanism houses, townhomes, park, and mature trees. A hidden gem in the Prospect neighborhood in Longmont. Check it out!
