My date and I had a wonderful experience at the Sugar Factory. Larissa our waitress took great care of us the whole time. We got a very yummy cheesecake milkshake and the full appetizer sampler. The food was all very good and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend the Sugar Factory to anyone either from Tampa or visiting from out of town.

We celebrated my daughter’s 14th birthday at Sugar Factory, and our host Titi made the entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, patient, and completely on top of everything. She made my kids feel special the whole time, and her energy kept the celebration fun and smooth from start to finish.
The food, the drinks, the atmosphere — everything was great, but Titi is what truly made the night. My kids had an amazing time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you, Titi, for helping make my daughter’s birthday one she’ll always remember.

I had an amazing time here! My family and I came to check out the new Valentine’s Day menu and Alex our server was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions that we had! I went to the Sugar Factory today and the environment was clean and really welcoming I mean the entire aura. The food was more than amazing, especially the treats. It honestly felt like I was in Disney with how fun and over-the-top everything was.
The staff was very helpful, and quick with everything. Nevaeh, I believe her name was, had such a bubbly personality and made the whole experience even better. She was a wonderful server overall.

Nivea was so amazing. She deserves all the praise!!! We were sat late, but boy did she make up for it!!! I can’t say enough of how every single manager, server, etc went out of their way to make my daughter’s 17th birthday the best ever!!!! We will be back!!! Excellent food, people, and staff!!

Was very surprised about the food, service & the over the top Christmas decorations at the Sugar Factory in Hard Rock in Tampa.
Our server Zeek was extremely friendly & great with his attention to my husband & me. Not only in our food service but afterwards taking our pictures by one of their trees & the Santa mannequin out front.
When Zeek found out we were celebrating my 70th birthday early he brought out an ice cream with “Happy bday Thanksgiving” in strawberry glaze! So made my day!
Even though my hubby’s Baja Tacos & my loaded Turkey Club Sandwich, both with yummy fries, was on a Tuesday $14.99 special, we would have gotten them anyway.
Shared a bowl of creamy, tasty Seafood Chowder, which also was yummy.
Zeek had a funny elf costume on which took guts but we enjoyed his enthusiasm in wearing it.
