Mom’s club sandwich was massive she loved it! The fried mac & cheese pops were so good, little pink slider burgers were outstanding I’m definitely having them next time. Service from Eliseo was great & there was even a photographer that came around to take complementary small photos of us & we liked them so much we bought some photos! And the big chalice sodas we so much! These pictures do not do the food justice

Everything was very good, food was delicious, service was great especially from Eliseo. Very good place to come for birthdays and celebrations. The food was yummy! Rose had the Pink Princess sliders and they were amazing! I love fried calamari, and this was the best I have had in many years!

The dessert cookie was completely burnt — we could barely notice any Nutella, if there was any at all. There were no M&Ms, as described on the menu. Paying a mandatory 20% service charge for this kind of service and product is unacceptable! Plus, there’s an extra 3% fee if you pay by card.
The server spent most of the time on their phone, and I had to get up several times just to be noticed and assisted.
The drink was acceptable, but overall, the dessert was a big disappointment. Details: We only went there to try the dessert, and our expectations were high — unfortunately, it was a complete letdown.

Such a fun stop in Miami! We popped into the Sugar Factory for a drink and tried the candy shop cocktail — super creative and tasty. The whole restaurant was decked out for Halloween, which made the vibe even better. Definitely worth stopping in if you’re looking for a fun atmosphere and unique drinks.

I had high hopes for this place, I saw so many good reviews, just disappointing. I got the rainbow sliders, they come with 5 slider all burned and the buns were stale, don’t recommend them to anyone and your suppose to get a duck with them mine didn’t. When I asked where my complimentary duck was they said it was just decoration. The wife got the turkey sandwich very dry and no seasoning at all. They didn’t give us salt or pepper or napkins my wife had to get up to get both. The best part was the milkshakes. Go somewhere else unless your going just for the milkshakes

We had a great experience thanks to Adonis and Eliceo. We were a big group, and they handled everything amazingly well—our food came out in a very reasonable time and without issues. They were always checking in on us and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Their drink recommendations were spot on and absolutely delicious. Excellent service all around!

Indoors is small, outdoor area is good only if they had the tables on a deck or something and not have the tables close to the bathrooms, also there are air-conditions in that was dripping water into our table almost going into our food and drinks. Service wasn’t good at all. we sat there for about 30 minutes before we got seen just when we were about to get up and walk out a waiter finally came and attended to us. There’s nothing amazing about sugar factory food. This place is basically for the kids & adults to enjoy the drinks, but i have to say the lobster ravioli will be my go to whenever we go back to sugar factory.

We came in here just for a few slices of cake to-go but we loved the atmosphere! Super cute place. The staff was friendly and even gave us cups of water while we waited. The cake was great and they did not skimp on the whip cream. Highly recommend!
