Had a wonderful Crème Brûlée this morning for breakfast. My server Kayla FABULOUS. As a former HR manager in customer service. She knew the menu and was wonderful not only to serve AWESOME food BUT to make sure I had everything I needed and her smile and personality was so nice . Have been in Sugar Factory MANY times and never written a review have had good service BUT NOT like Kayla’s service. She made you feel at home. AND the food was fabulous. THANK YOY KAYLA. The Sugar Factory is an excellent experience. Our server Darlene was so nice and very attentive. She made sure our experience was ten out of ten. We took our son for a nice birthday dinner and it really was so. The place is so beautiful and clean inside. It’s like a movie, a dream, a magazine… THE FOOD AND DRINKS!!!!!! Oh my…. They were cooked to perfection and so tasty. Highly recommend The Sugar Factory.

I had such a great dinner with my family here! We came to celebrate my son’s 5th birthday and had the pleasure of Cassidy as our server. She was amazing and attentive. As a mom with 3 kids 4 and under, she made us feel so comfortable. The food and desserts were amazing as well. Usually, I’ve experienced “aesthetically pleasing” restaurants as being sub par in service and taste. We were happy with the portions and value and all in all would definitely recommend and come back!

Let me start by saying the staff was excellent and the hostess was great. The food however was ok and not worth the price. The chicken and Waffles was ok. The Mac and cheese burger was good. I will have to say the calamari and the buffalo wings were really good.

Had a great birthday brunch at Sugar. Cassidy was attentive and fun. She helped make my birthday a special one. She was helpful with the menu and made some great suggestions. The atmosphere brings you back to being a kid. It was great. I highly recommend coming and if you do spring for the fancy drinks with the dry ice in it. They are worth it.

Sugar Factory is such a fun place! We’ve come here a few times to celebrate special occasions. The goblet drinks are a must-have – get your cameras ready for the smoky dry ice effect! Service is great- Rhea was our server. She was very friendly & helpful! She even brought us a bowl of ice cream with candles for our anniversary. Made a nice day even more special!

Visited with my family and was disappointed in every meal. The two things they got right were onion rings and the fresh hot pretzel. The staff wasn’t too friendly. The food was cold and bland. We would have always wanted to try it because it looked fun, and now we can say we tried it. We won’t do it again.
