It’s honestly just “okay”. Food isn’t something you should go here for. Drinks… absolutely! Fun, exciting, celebratory cocktails and martinis. Service has always been good. And the restaurant itself is very cute!! But the actual meals are average at most. It’s definitely a celebration dinner.

Delicious and fun place to celebrate a friends daughters birthday. Reservation was for 4, but we had a party of 6 which the staff was nice enough to be able to accommodate. We all enjoyed our food and there was a lot to choose from. The girls shared one of those big fun drinks, and my child had the flaming hot cheetos burger, which was a hit because she LOVES flaming hot cheetos. I had a delicious veggie burger and the decor was really fun.

Such a cute and fun restaurant! Service s really good, from the host to our waiter, Edgar. The vibe is the best! You could see brides-to-be, people celebrating birthdays, and the whole place is like a huge party! My Strawberry Sundae was delicious. We only went for coffee and dessert so I can’t say anything about the food. The only issue was that the coffee machine was broken. Other than that, highly recommend this place.

Sugar Factory is an awesome place to eat. Went here for lunch with my girlfriend and was very impressed. Everything was very clean and great atmosphere. The staff was super friendly. I got a burger and my gf got a salad with salmon and we both were very happy with our plates. Would recommend to any couples looking for a great place to eat at Foxwoods!
