I’ve been here a few times, during the most busy and during the not at all. I don’t follow the logic that how long it takes them to prepare the food is always the same amount of time, but their cheeseburgers are the best. I’ve gotten pizza and it was mediocre but still better than some name brands. Would definitely recommend just keep in mind it’s a little pricey.

I’m from Lancaster and live in NYC and you can’t even get a stromboli in NYC at all (only calzone, yuck). I’ve only previously ever had them in Philly. Meanwhile I come back to Lancaster for the weekend and find one of the best strombolis I’ve ever had here in Millersville. Was not expecting that! Keep it up folks.

Easily one of the better places to get food if you’re on campus. Food comes out hot and quick and the quality is good. If you don’t want to eat other places like the upper deck or anchor come here it’s worth it.

I regularly order from sugar bowl and its always consistent and very good food. Always Polite service.
There was a miscommunication today on the phone with an order. I called and said I would pay but the one thing wasn’t what I had asked for. Immediately with no hesitation, they said they would make the correct item and re-deliver. To me, that was above and beyond and service like that seems a thing of the past. Thank you.. a big thank you and we will continue to support and order simply because of service and always consistently good food each and every time we have ordered!!

Ordered 2 subs .. turkey & Italian – oil/ vinegar .. >> turkey .. not great but edible.. the Italian >> had some dry flakes sprinkles for seasoning >> that WAS HORRIBLE..& NOT REQUESTED .. It was oregano & Some strange unknown spices … The vinegar & oil request .. got >> all oil & NO VINEGAR . I Hoped .. for simple subs .. the Italian .. was thrown away .

They didn’t wanna do delivery when I was only three minutes from their store talking about a missing person cause it’s a long drive when it’s only three minutes I don’t think that’s how you’re supposed to treat customers because I called and asked them if they do delivery they said, yeah it depends where you are And I said I’m not far from you guys. I’m only 3 to 4 minute drive and they’re like oh no, that’s too far what’s the point of doing delivery?
