We are absolutely in love with Sufiya’s Grill! We like this location over their other one – the interior is larger, the upstairs seating is particularly good for groups and large families. The food is spectacular! I crave for the adana kebab with the green rice. There are only a few kebab options (about 6), but every one of them is delicious, juicy, flavorful.
Definitely upgrade from the basic rice to one of cherry (red), barberry (orange), or green.

On a recommendation from a friend I went to lunch at Sufiya’s Grill – Merrick. I was not disappointed. Fresh, healthy delicious food. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly service and lunch specials with great portions all week. We got the chicken kebab and grilled shrimp. The pita was out of this way. I highly recommend and will definitely keep this place in my rotation

Love the food and has a nice atmosphere. Wait staff was very friendly and able to answer any questions we had about the menu and wine recommendations. Trout was cooked perfectly, kabobs tasted great. Will be back again!

Was feeling Turkish for Labor Day but decided upon here instead. Food & bread was exceptional . BYOB for a $20 cork fee. Very comfortable setting with light music. My chicken on the bone was grilled to perfection with a nice flame flavor. Some of the best chicken I’ve had. Was tempted to rate Sufiyas 5 stars ⭐️ but we had a few minor setbacks. 1) the AC was not on and it was a hot day 2) I poured my own 2nd glass of wine 3) I waited more than 5 minutes to have my iced water refilled. Sufiyas can definitely earn a 5 stars rating from me on my next visit if they can address the above issues

Nice place for Persian food. Wife and I had Appetizers Sampler, Meat Sampler and Seafood Sampler. We had more than enough for a couple of meals. I feel it’s a bit overpriced, maybe by $20 on the Seafood Sampler and about $10 on the meat platter. Otherwise everything was good.

Went here with a group of people and the food was so delicious. It was my first time having Persian food and I loved it. Very fresh and full of flavor plus I like the twist they have with the rice, it was all similar but new since I eat many middle eastern dishes. Service was great and I would like to come back again.
