First time here last night. Place must be better known for its pizza. Of the four of us our granddaughter loved the perogies. She said they were “bangin.” I think that’s college talk for “awesome.” The three of us had parmigiana- veal, eggplant and chicken. We all thought they were ok but not outstanding. The crust on mine slid right off which indicates to me the entree might be frozen. Needed more spice. We all asked for more sauce. Thankfully our server had told us to ask if we wanted more. Calamari was tasty as were the salads. Dessert was outstanding- chocolate cake plus raspberry cheesecake. Other than the food the highlight of the experience was our terrific server – Sue. She was a charm! Very solicitous! When she asked if anyone wanted coffee I asked if there was decaf. She said she could brew a pot. Having owned a restaurant I know that could be a pain since you might waste the rest of the pot. I told her no thanks that I wouldn’t want her to brew a pot. Guess what, she made a pot for me anyway -so kind. Since our family just moved to town we want to try this place again for the pizza. Good customer service deserves community support.

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered meatballs and a pepperoni pizza. The meatballs were very good. They were most and tender and had simmered in the sauce and had great flavor. The pizza was disappointing. The crust was slightly undercooked, and with every bite I took, the entire cheese on the slice came off. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and outgoing. On a scale from 0-10, I would rate this 7.5.

Went here for the first time. Had a gift certificate and just moved into town and figured lets give it a shot. Well unfortunately I wish I had a better experience. I don’t usually right negative reviews like this, but I can’t believe they would serve food like they did, I’d be embarrassed as an owner. Ordered a small meat lovers pizza, a large pepperoni, hamburger and green peppers pizza and an order of potato skins. The pizza wasn’t the greatest but not the worse, almost tasted like frozen pizza, I know it’s not but the consistency was that of frozen pizza. As for the potato skins, see attached photos. The toppings were great, well the ones that actually made it on them, but way over cooked and tiny, I know not all places are the same but as business person myself, I would be embarrassed. It’s unfortunate that we had a bad experience, we are right down the street and as much as I hate to admit it, we do pizza or eat out once a week, and with pizza being our house’s favorite choice, I’m very sad this place didn’t work out. Best of luck to this business, I hope they take more pride in their food.

Excellent Service and Great Chicken Francaise.
Not sure why so many negative energy post. The server was top shelf with perfect timing of the beer, salad, warm bread and Chicken Francaise. When my first beer was down to 1.69″ she asked for the obvious second. She also did the follow up on the salad and meal which is basically MIA in most places these days. The Chicken Francaise was breaded and cooked perfectly. The lemon butter sauce was just right and the rigatoni noddles were perfect al dente. I took half the CF home and seconds are always better. The ambiance was very nice with some really cool old B&W pics on the wall.

First time customers. Incredibly friendly staff and limited wait time (takeout) on a Friday night. I’m not a super picky person, but the food was very sub par. The garlic knots were burned, dry and lacking any garlic/butter flavor. We threw them away (and I LOVE bread/carbs). The chicken alfredo was a good portion size, but the sauce was flavorless and the chicken was rubbery and only about three tiny strips of chicken breast. Maybe it was just a bad night? (edited to removed comment about extra charge for chicken)

***Update to prior post done two weeks ago***
I did take out lunch today and ordered the same large grinder that I ordered previously. It was much much improved! THANK YOU Suffield Pizza!
***Prior older post….Went to pick up lunch today and a new menu was introduced with higher pricing. Okay I get it with overall costs & labor going up….BUT one would think that maybe the food quality would also improve…NO, my fries were lukewarm and my grinder was sub par with minimum contents.

Well I must say I was disappointed today.
I normally purchase the same pizza to go, but today I was charged not just a little more, but a LOT more (33%).
The woman that rang me up said that was always what they charged $16+. I have been going there long enough to know that was not true, so I checked my bank records. Sure enough, the same pizza I have been buying for years, I was being charged $12.88.
I would have understood a small price increase, with an explanation as to why.
But to have someone tell me a bold faced lie, and try to gaslight me into thinking I imagined the price increase, that is just stuff thieves do. I am surprised. There is no excuse. And nothing will get me back in the door of Suffield Pizza. The woman who dealt with me, whether she was an owner or employee, I don’t know, is a liar and a thief.
And a side note, the quality went down. No longer did I get fresh ingredients, and the “cubes” they call meatballs were closer to pencil erasers than meatballs. The cheese, no longer nice stringy mozzarella, but some kind of waxy cheese product.
They can take that 33% price hike and levy it upon others, but not me.

Had take out, ordered half cheese and half pepperoni pizza and a Suffield Burger, both were absolutely delicious. The burger was a little underr done (ordered medium-well) it was kinda red but still delicious. I will be returning.

Today I ordered a large chicken parmesan grinder. I’ve ordered them in the past and they were very good. Today however my grinder was totally different. Instead of having full chicken cutlets on it like I used to, I had strips of chicken cutlets that appeared to have been frozen ones. They did not look fresh and there weren’t many on very chintzy. They had a chewy texture nothing like in the past and no stringy mozzarella and I’m still having stomach issues hours after I’ve eaten it. I should have taken it back. I’m sorry I didn’t but I will no longer purchase one of those there or anything else
