I was classically trained as a chef, Graduating from SUAN DUSIT UNIVERSITY in Bangkok Thailand. Since I was a little girl I always enjoyed cooking with my mother. She taught me many of the family recipes that were handed down for generations that I serve to my customers. After working at several local restaurants I was able to open a food concession at the Pocono Bazaar Flea Market. The response by my customers was overwhelming. I was asked constantly when I was going to open a restaurant. And as they say the rest is history.

We had out lunch here during our Bushkill Falls visit. We tried the Pad Thai and Fried rice along with chicken an Appetizer. The appetizer was over priced for the portion served, 4 tiny slices of chicken was served for $7. The quantity and price of Pad Thai and fried rice was okay. The food was tasty but the hospitality of the person (probably the owner) who took our order was not welcoming, I would avoid visiting the restaurant again because of the service experience we had. The tables are very small to occupy 4 people.

I’ve only dined in once, but I’ve ordered take-out from Sue’s Thai Cuisine a few times. The food has always tasted good, but my most recent order was a bit disappointing. The portion size was noticeably smaller than what I’ve received before. It was pretty obvious when I got the food home that there was much less food than usual.

I understand costs change, but consistency in portions is important, especially for repeat take-out customers. Hoping this was just a one-time thing because I’ve generally enjoyed the food here.

Some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had, which as a NYC resident, I think is saying something. We had panang curry with chicken, drunken noodles with tofu, and vegetable rolls. All were excellent, and I look forward to trying new dishes on future visits.

We were looking for restaurants nearby and stumbled upon this gem, and it turned out to be the best decision! The owner, Nick, was an excellent host, making us feel right at home. We ordered the chicken stir fry noodles, and they were absolutely delicious—packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. While we were there, we overheard several customers complimenting their wings, so we couldn’t resist giving them a try. Needless to say, they were just as amazing! Both dishes exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere!

Went tonight with my friend and the food was AMAZING! Delicious and great price. We were seated instantly, and we had our order taken quickly, and the food came out quickly. Nothing could have been better. We’ll be back!

This is a very underrated Thai restaurant. I asked for extra spicy and it definitely was. I loved it. Food was clean as well. This is my go to Thai place without a doubt.

Update: I went back recently…and love it even more!!! Oh and if you love spice, order your food with Thai spice.

Decent Thai spot out here in the Pocanos. The first thing that you notice is that it was probably an old diner before it was a Thai restaurant. Food was on point especially our noodle dishes. However we ordered curry puffs which were pretty bland and did not taste anything like curry puffs I had before. Overall is great if you are in the area and craving some Thai food.

This place was a little gem. We tried the dumplings both fried and steamed, the taste was good though the dumpling meat in both versions was very dense. The Pad Thai was amazing, Umami!!!! The noodles were cooked perfectly, the sauce was slightly sweet, the pork was well cooked with the addition of fresh sprouts & peanut to round out a beautiful dish that I ate all of. The Shoyo Ramen was presented well, & the serving was large. The noodles again cooked perfectly, the broth was like chicken soup with less sodium. Unfortunately my company wasn’t thrilled with the pork belly due to the ratio of fat on the slices but the pork was delicious itself. The service was great, we will definitely return. I imagine others feel the same as the phone never stopped ringing & take away orders were flying out of the door.

This place is a true gem and very authentic thai food. We stopped by for lunch after hiking bushkill falls. It is busy so we have a 15-20 minute wait. The owners are very friendly and the food is absolutely amazing.
