We just moved to Pueblo West from the Springs and were worried we wouldn’t find a great Japanese place! But boy were we wrong! This is a hidden gem in Pueblo! Great, Delicious Fresh food, amazing service, the friendliest staff ever! We came in to celebrate a birthday, anniversary and graduation and they made it all so special!! We will definitely become regulars!

The tempura was fabulous. Sushi was VERY good. My bento beef box was really tasty but it had some gristle in the b ef. Great service, friendly owner, comfortable. Loved the aquarium and the care that went into it. Very enjoyable. Looking forward to sitting on the hibachi side next time.

Worst Japanese food I’ve ever had. We had the rookie chef who couldn’t do any of the “tricks” the vegetables had no seasoning and the rice tasted so weird. Filet was okay. Ginger dressing in the salad which I love elsewhere burnt my throat immediately. For $85, I would rather go somewhere with much better food.

Well this one’s kind of a tough one. My family goes out to eat once a year for my little sister that does birthday. We only go to somewhere special to our family and this place goes above and beyond at making sure we have a good time. The chef always lightens the mood and does amazing fun stuff and gets us interacting with him. The rib eye steak and shrimp was awesome.

This place was amazing. The food was amazing and so was the atmosphere. My husband brought me here for our anniversary and it was definitely worth it. The cook was super friendly, he talked with me and my husband and the couple that were at the table with us the whole time. I wish I would have gotten a picture of our meal, we ordered the chicken and shrimp, but we were so intrigued in conversation that I didn’t want to be rude. We also ordered a California roll and a Las Vegas roll and they were so good, then we had mochi for dessert, and I’ve never really like mochi but this one was delicious. We will definitely be back!

3 stars for the food but extra 0.5 stars for the servers. We had no idea this restaurant was located in downtown Pueblo! They have parking in the back so you can park there. We came here on a weekday night and it was pretty much empty. They have a decent menu but it’s not super extensive. We ordered the edamame, fried mushrooms, the ichiban and Pueblo rolls and the octopus and squid as sushi and sashimi.

The family who owns it bought it last year and they seem to truly love what they do. The service is incredible and they are very attentive and always polite. The hibachi is fun and the sushi is so fresh! I highly recommend the Cucumber Special sushi roll! No one else has anything like it. it makes my taste buds sing! Great service, great food, cannot recommend them enough!
