My wife and I are enjoying a weekend in Taos, NM, and selected SUCHNESS for dinner – an excellent decision! My wife ordered the Maine Lobster, and I ordered the Kale Salad and the 48-Hour Beef Short Rib. The warm kale salad was surprisingly tasty combined with the sweet potatoes, parmigiano, and vinaigrette. The Lobster with yellow curry, delicata, and corn, and the Short Ribs with chermoula and roasted vegetables, were both really delicious dishes with uniquely creative spices and sauces – not to mention their large portions. We finished dinner by sharing a delightful Sorbet Trio. Megan constantly provided super-attentive and immediate service, and special thanks to Chef Kevin for his innovative and creative culinary magic in his open kitchen. This was indeed a memorable dining experience! Very Highly Recommended.

Everything about the meal and beverages was intentionally crafted. We arrived to have our table ready by really friendly wait staff on what’s arguably the busiest night of the year, Valentine’s Day. Every morsel of the meal was perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection and thoughtfully creative with perfect portions from salads to appetizer, to entrees and dessert. Everything was so delicious we wanted to lick our plates. Who knew black pepper on a dessert would taste so good? The music, art and overall vibe tied it all together. This was the best dining experience we’ve had in New Mexico and we will certainly be back….

It is difficult nowadays to find a restaurant where food truly takes you on a flavor journey. From beautifully plated food to perfect portions, every bite delivers FLAVOR explosion that makes you want more. Do not expect to get in and out, this place is meant to enjoy your time and experience. Courses are perfectly spread apart to give you time to want more. This is a definite gem in Taos. It’s incredible amazing dinner in Taos !!! Chef Kevin did phenomenal dishes which I wish I could try them all!! Meg is super nice and welcoming with dedicated introduction of wines , food and the town. We had a blast dinner here, such a hidden gem!!!

The food was amazing. We got the octopus and crudo as appetizers and both were really high quality and very well cooked. We got the Rigatoni and some Italian wine to pair our dinner with and it was outstanding. Everything was amazing, if you’re visiting Taos you can’t miss this place.
