On New Years Eve, 2025, so last night, around 5:15, I placed an order online for 2 sandwiches. It said they’d be ready by 5:30-45. My husband picked them up. I opened mine, and it only had meat, mustard, and mayo… none of the veggies I wanted. My husband opened his, and he always gets everything in it. He had 2 cucumber slices on his, and a couple jalapeños. We were disappointed, and didn’t want to drive all the way back, since we live further out. I went in there tonight around 5ish and showed the worker my receipt and explained to him what had happened. He said it was him, and he knows he put veggies on those sandwiches. His name is Ramon. He’s just a kid. I showed him the picture I took of my sandwich, and he said I could be lying. I told him, that he doesn’t know me from Bob, but why would I lie about a sandwich? He said I was trying to get him in trouble. I said I just wanted him to make it right. He was texting his manager… it was never made right. We spent $20, which I didn’t care about. I just wanted it to be made right, and get the sandwiches we paid for. He told me they have surveillance and it’ll show him putting veggies on the sandwiches.

10/10 experience. The food was phenomenally made by Kira. Her attitude, attention to detail, and customer service were top tier. I’ve never in my entire life had this quality of sandwich from a subway. I’d move halfway across the country for her to make it again.

Manager was passive aggressive and rude, and I overheard her making degrading comments of a couple Mexican customers who struggled with English. very disappointing, definitely shouldn’t have someone so outwardly rude as the face of this location…

Went there to just eat some food on my lunch break and wasn’t sure what I wanted and the older lady at the counter asked me to hurry up so she could go on break and then stopped mid way through making my sandwich to go the bathroom and after she never put her gloves back on and just started touching my food again? Stood there forever while one girl, super short haired blonde girl, was on her phone forever. Poor other lady was making everyone’s sandwich’s while the blonde lady complained about them hiring more people, when they don’t give you enough hours. They’re not giving you hours because you are a terrible employee. Then she thought she’d wash her hands with her phone up to her head. Like I’m going to eat anything you make while you talk on the phone or touch your nasty phone again. I’d rather drive an extra ten minutes to Eagle Point rather than ever eat here again.
