The sandwiches used to be decent here. I haven’t been to this Subway in a few months. This location seems to be stingy with the food. I ordered a footlong oven roasted turkey: provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, and red onions.
If the guy that works here put as much effort into making the sandwiches as he does in eating them the sandwiches might taste better.

We went into this location tonight (11/29) and one young male employee was the only worker. He was fabulous, he made great sandwiches and he was extremely friendly and kind towards our kids. This was the best Subway service and sandwiches we’ve had in a while!

I placed a mobile order for a sandwich at this location. When I arrived, no one was at the counter. After a moment, an employee came out chewing food, didn’t acknowledge me, and simply asked what I wanted. I mentioned I had a mobile order, and she handed it to me.
When I got home and was halfway through my sandwich, I noticed a hair wrapped around it. I called the store to explain the situation and requested a refund since I was on my lunch break and couldn’t return in person. The employee asked for my name, confirmed the order, said she’d issue the refund, and hung up while I was still speaking—without an apology or any courtesy.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and disappointing.

will not be going back. Asked for 3 protein bowls made chicken, bacon, and ranch. He heated the wrong chicken, and then told me it’d be extra for the bacon. When I questioned it, he said; “because I put the wrong chicken in it.” I’m not paying extra because you made a mistake. He proceeded to make the bowls when his coworker told him to just put the chicken back and make it the way I asked. Then I asked for a breakfast sandwich and they didn’t put any egg on it as requested. The guy was touching his face the entire time and looked so annoyed by everything. It was nasty and appalling. Even asked if I wanted everything heated up and I said yes. The chicken was real cold as well as the bacon. Terrible customer service.

Just stopped in, was decently busy with only one employee working the front. Ciara(dunno if thats how you spell her name) was fantastic. Despite being the only employee dealing with a long line, she kept her cool and was friendly with everyone. She took the extra time to make sure the sandwiches were made right and with care. If you had more employees like her, I’d stop in more often.

Ordered online. Got it home and the sandwich was hard as a brick and chips were missing. Went back and asked them to remake the sandwich. Aden said no he can’t cause I ordered online. Asked him if he would eat the sandwich, he poked it with his finger and said no he wouldn’t eat it. He then went to the back and left me standing there not knowing what was happening. Upon his return I asked for my money back. He was very rude said not his fault as he didn’t make the sandwich. As a manager myself I advised him when a customer comes in and has an issue you should apologize and fix it ( remake the sandwich) the young man then let me know that’s not how the world works. Never again. Aden needs to be retrained.

Came in yesterday for a couple sandwiches and the old woman working there( manager maybe? ) made comments about political masks showing her morals in a supposed to be neutral environment. All the sandwiches I’ve had recently I’ve felt gross eating because everyone has been touching their faces and masks, sometimes hair, and then touching sandwiches, but I am on call and I have to eat. My friend and I also have had multiple issues with the employees and their customer service skills. Not helpful, greeting, and very very opinionated.
