Placed an order online for the wife and son. Told to come at 8. Got there and had to wait another 20 minutes as the poor kid working was alone and getting slammed. The food was fresh, they enjoyed it. Usually better, but it’s subway. If your sandwich is bad, you did it.

Went in to pickup my online order and my boyfriend went to go grab our chips (we both got a meal). He went to grab the chips I wanted and the clerk behind the counter immediately was like “oh, your chips are in the bag with your food”. I saw his chips in the bottom, presumed mine were under his. Won’t come here again because the girl was rude and I most definitely didn’t get the chips I paid for. And my meal was on the top half of the receipt and his was the bottom half. Apparently common sense isn’t so common and due diligence isn’t a thing -_-“

The employees here are terrific. Quick enough, yet they take enough time to make sure your order is correct. It is not generally too busy so I can get in & out without a bunch of stress. I will go out of my way to go to this particular place.

Our sandwich maker was very kind and patient. My son has a speech difference and she stayed calm and asked him questions if she didn’t understand. I appreciated that more than she would ever know.

The app wouldn’t work so I went to the store to do my order and showed them the special but they wouldn’t honor it.
This may be “the policy” and that makes Subway look even worse in my opinion. The policy needs changed, it’s pretty simple really, if the app has issues fix them, and in the meantime do what is right by the customer and give them the deal they happily tried to purchase on Your App.

I ordered online. Asked for my bacon to be cooked and it still wiggled. Ordered a regular portion of mustard but it was very heavily coated. Whole thing was bright yellow and unedible, had to throw it away. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because my kids could eat theirs.

Two ladies working refused to remake a sandwich and were rude about it. Did they have to pay for it?They wrapped it up and I am sure they ate it after I left, by the way, no sandwich for me. What happened to making the customer happy.

Decent food but the owner really needs to look into hiring more staff. There was just a single employee running the counter when we went in and it made for a slow show (through no fault of his own, of course). He handled the small rush of folks well and in good spirits.
