He was upset that I placed an online order, kept complaining and was extremely rude and had comments like “you guys always want to customize” … I thought that was the beauty of Subway.

We eat at Subway quite a bit, and this one is one of the best we’ve been to. The guy making our sandwiches was super chill and personable. He talked to a few other regular customers that he seemed to know, and even knew what they normally ordered! Clean bathrooms. I wish all food places had this kind of service. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

As the other reviewers said the older lady is super rude. When I came in she was sitting at one of the tables and had her feet sitting on the seat. Shoes off. Then she put on her shoes and came to make my order She also claimed we could only order basic sandwiches with coupon and it’s decided by the owner, even if the coupon says only several sandwiches are excluded. And she was rude all the time. Will never came back to this branch anymore.

DON’T GO HERE!! My dad ordered a sandwich for me at this particular location. I have autism, and I cannot deal with certain food textures. I always get the regular plain Italian bread because of this- this Subway for some reason used the natural bread which is full of seeds and is not okay with me texture wise. When my dad called them and told them their mistake and asked for his money back or a new sandwich, the employee said she would put the manager on the phone, but instead she just hung up on him. She did this TWICE! We had to call Subway corporate to get our money back. I would recommend the Subway on Avondale instead.

Food was great but service was not good. Lady seemed bothered while doing my mother’s order. I wanted to order more but as soon as she started making her sandwich she seemed annoyed. It was an Hispanic lady,(assuming since she started speaking to my mother in Spanish to take her order) I understand people sometimes aren’t having a good day, but don’t take it out on your customers. I just didn’t feel comfortable and surprised about the customer service. As before a nice Hispanic gentle man used to work there and would do everything to make your experience there the best no matter what.
