Wow, what happened? This place used to rock. Horrible customer service. I can’t come back now. Just awful place. So done and disappointed. I will not be back. This sucks big. You can tell, the owners do not care. This place is going out. That’s sad. If I owned a business I would be in business to make money. Obviously the owner has enough money that they don’t care. The young man working was very pleasant but he had no help I waited 15+ minutes for one sandwich. The person in front of me was still waiting for their online order they had placed 20 minutes before I showed up. The one thing that bother me the most was that as he was making my sandwich, with gloves on he reached in his pocket and pulled his phone out then continued to make my sandwich. Not very sanitary.

The owner/ management allowed a young man with 4 days work experience to work a closing weekend shift by himself. He did an amazing job trying but was just overwhelmed and we wound up waiting almost two hours for a 30 minute online order.

What can I say about this subway? Well pure perfection!!! Not only do these foxy ladies know how to make a proper sub, but they look good doing it…lol. the place was clean, stocked and properly staffed. They Evan went and found a box for me so I could put my food on my motorcycle rack…f#*&@# yayah, this subway left me pumped on being stoked, I will definitely recommend.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any Subway establishment. We placed an order online for two sandwiches. Neither of them came back to us the way they were ordered, different bread, different veggies and/or added veges not ordered, etc. The person who ordered the Tuna (this is her normal order) said she couldn’t eat it as it tasted like old cardboard. Neither of us ended up eating our lunch. I called the restaurant back and asked them to please refund my card because of these and a few more issues. I was told they wouldn’t do that. They would remake the sandwiches. I explained that we work 10 miles away and can’t just come back down and pick up more food. They gave me an email address to contact. I will say I did get an immediate response but it was in the generic “sorry, we’ve contacted the store, thanks for your input”. I have emailed back twice asking for my money that was literally tossed in the trash in the form of the sandwiches and still haven’t so much as had an email back or a phone call to discuss the issues. I DO NOT recommend this store and to be honest, if this is how Subway as a whole does business, you should avoid the entire franchise.

Love this subway! They always come through on late days after work and make our sandwiches right, I never mind the wait because it’s done right and they don’t mind ridiculous requests like making a giant pro footlong boss sandwich that needs two pieces of bread just to keep all the additions together!

Clean, good service and fast. Fixed a computer glitch that made it so that they were unable to honor Subway coupons I got in the mail. Will definitely be going back.

The boy who was working refused to give me fresh tuna the tuna they had out was clearly crusty & all dried up & brown on the top, he proceeded to mix it all up after I asked him if he would just scrape the top off. So eww!! I’ll be going to south Medford Subway now.
