I give 3 stats on service because the manager Athena is very sweet. I don’t know why i keep giving this place another chance because the owner does not care about her customers, if you been a regular coming several times a week she will still try to screw u out of your rewards and turned me and my service dog away. He is a little 5lb chihuahua yorkie mix god rest his soul my little baby just passed and he was very quite not a pep out of him and told me she won’t serve me unless he stays in the car mind u it was negative temps and I should her his card which I don’t have to and still said no. The other day told the girls not accept subway rewards u have to go online in order to use them which is a complete lie. I said I got 2 free subs, 2 subway cash, 20% off and any sub for 6.99 I think it is. I know for a fact that is a complete violation of subways policy every store has to accept them so im writing a letter to corporate and see how they feel. Like I said I been a customer for 10 yrs sometimes twice a day and she doesn’t care 1but. She is very rude personality is garbage. Good luck trying to find another customer like me again. I was coming so much they kept freezing my card thinking it was someone else bcuz some times 3x a day i woukd come

Wouldn’t let us use the bathroom, tried charging me more for olives when I’m pregnant and that’s all I wanted more of, can’t have free refills, very greedy and stingy. Will support other subways not this one.

Worst subway evet i paid 30 for 3 6 in subs that look like 3in and on top of that i ordered steak and cheese she asked me if i wanted it toasted i said no but she didnt heat up my steak this is horrible and over priced i will never go back here i regret not going somewhere else wendy across the street would have been better snd i dont even like wendys…do better
