This is the first time I’ve ever been to a Subway that had OLD looking veggies. Browned lettuce edges, wrinkly liquidy tomatoes, peppers and onions etc. I asked to make a grilled 6″ sub a salad like the sign says. The service person said he could ONLY make it the more expensive Bowl option. I was there at 3pm so it should not have been an issue with anything. The chicken smelled off. Even the honey mustard dressing color looked different than all the ones I’ve seen for years. The chicken smelled weird so I asked if the chicken was made today and he said yes. The veggies were DEFINITELY old. The Subway employee struggled with English so I pointed to the sign and asked for the 6″ version of a grilled chicken sub. I also tried to use whatever highschool Spanish I could remember – although he could have been Indian. He spoke to someone in a back room and stated again that only the bigger, more expensive Bowl version could be made. The whole salad tasted off. He didn’t seem like he would be receptive to me asking for my money back. So instead of a fresh grilled chicken salad for $6.99 I got a rancid grilled chicken bowl for $10.49. I hope I don’t get sick.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so unprofessional that it needs to be shared.
I placed a paid online pickup order through the website. When I arrived, I was the only customer in the store, and the employee was the only one working. Despite this, she did not acknowledge me for several minutes. She came out from the back, avoided eye contact, and began going through items without saying a word. I had to get her attention myself to let her know I had an online order.
From that point forward, the experience was unacceptable. She was openly rude and dismissive, refused to answer basic questions, and provided no explanation whatsoever about what was happening with my order. For over 25 minutes, she repeatedly walked to the back, checked the machine, grabbed a broom, cleaned, and disappeared again—without offering a single update or acknowledgment.
Because my order was already paid for, leaving without answers wasn’t an option. When I calmly asked her to explain what was going on and to stop being rude, she stared at me, continued sweeping, and walked away yet again.
Eventually, she returned, asked for my name as if we had never spoken, made the sandwiches, and sent me on my way—without an apology or any recognition of the inconvenience she caused.
Before leaving, I asked about management availability and requested that the issue be addressed before I filed a formal complaint.
The owner of this location should be ashamed of the level of service being allowed in their store. This reflects a complete failure in training, accountability, and basic standards of customer service. If this is what ownership finds acceptable, it speaks volumes.
I will never return to this location, and I strongly suggest management take responsibility before more customers have similar experiences.

Placed an order at the store asked to see what type of bread is used for an order and she said NO. She was rude, didn’t listen to instructions, she used the wrong dressing for a menu item sandwich and when I noticed the mistake I said politely that it was incorrect. She was annoyed and tossed the sandwich aside angrily. She is rude and shouldn’t be working there. To add insult to injury she was coughing everywhere and not using a mask. I will never eat there again.

Very unfriendly staff. I can see all veggies had ice there. So stale. So rude customer service. I don’t know how they are still surviving. Is there negative reviews I can provide?

Zero out of five recommend if you want fast friendly service do not attempt to go here. Also, if you want fresh food, you might want to go somewhere because he refused to go to the back and get some that he apparently has been working on the entire day.

I very rarely tip at chain takeout places, but the gentleman working today certainly earned an exception. Just a very pleasant and friendly demeanor that put a big smile on my face as he was serving me. I wasn’t able to catch his name but if a manager notices this, check the time stamp of this review and who was working at the time. Say something nice for me, would ya?

The best Subway store in the area. Very fresh ingredients, and very well made. Its located in a Walmart, so lots of traffic and so ingredients used are very fresh. In addition its twice as cheap to order from this location as any other. You can get 3 wraps for the price of 2 wraps from any other subway store, they don’t overcharge on delivery like the others do. I ordered 3 wraps, and every one of them tasted fresh, tasty, and just perfectly made.

The fellow who assisted me today was absolutely amazing! Friendly, engaging, and made a crazy awesome sub to boot. I didn’t catch his name but he was around 5’11 with brown hair, early thirties. Great customer service and a fantastic end product. Thanks for being great!

Always come to this place when buying at Walmart, but today this employee had the prep station covered so I couldn’t see him preparing my sandwich, I asked for 6” he made a foot long, when I told him I wanted a different size he made a face as he couldn’t understand what I was saying, then when he understood didn’t even offer to cut it or give me a discount,
