Not “Just Another” Subway. Jimmy John’s, be VERY afraid.
Don’t pass this place up because its attached to a gas station. One year ago, this place was awful. The employees were rude and terribly lazy, the food was consistently sub par/ out of stock and the management was non- existent.
Now comes the good part. The new owners turned this place right- side up, 180°. Myself and my family have eaten here twice, since the new management has taken over and both experiences were impressive to say the least.
The employees that served me are more than likely the owners/ management; super friendly, helpful and efficient.
The submarine bar is fully stocked (not halfway stocked like so many other Subways) with the normal meats, toppings, sauces and produce.
Fresh bread for days. And all of their bread choices seem to always be available and baked prior to opening every morning.
The protein, bread, sauces and produce all taste fresh, kinda like they stock the bar freshly, everyday.
They have a drive- thru for a quick luncheon.
They have COKE ZERO
If you have a serious taste for spicy and hot sandwiches, this place has the best fire- breathing options, unlike so many other local “premium” sub sandwich places.
It seems Subway has undergone a complete overhaul across their entire corporation, over the past year or so. This place is no exception. It has the modern, FRESH and friendly atmosphere you would expect from the new face of Subway. I would even go as far to say, this store is definitely one of the better Sub sandwich franchises in the Oak Grove, Clarksville, Hopkinsville and Fort Campbell areas. Thanks to the new ownership, this place has restored its tasty reputation.

Disgusting customer service, came in on 11/7/2025. At 10:30, the lady that was working came off as nice at first, but when she got my order wrong she got the worst attitude, this lady took topping off of my sandwich and put it back into the fixings for other customer’s, just gross as this is ross contamination, subway why do you allow people to make up their own rules and why are they able to say they do not accept coupons? Definitely about to loose my business.

Came in to get my sandwich re made because it was so light on meat it was laughable then the woman I presume to be the owner or manger yelled (full on raising her voice) at me for like 5 minutes explaining that it’s the right amount of meat. Not once did I get rude or yell back. I offered to pay for extra meat like 3 times before she calmed down enough to hear me and actually put extra meat on it. I paid and was on my way. Very unprofessional and childish will never return to this location again. The subway In Walmart up the road is way friendlier and cleaner then this cess pool of a subway.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE. Horrible customer service, dirty establishment and dishonest owners running the place.I order cookies via drive-thru and they are so hard and dry. I then, go inside to return them and they don’t want to give me a refund but give me more old cookies. They said they were cooked yesterday but highly doubt that.They said the cookies were cooked the day prior and warmed them before giving them to you as to appear as though they are freshly baked. The cookies break as soon as you touch them and tasted stale. I ask for freshly baked cookies to which they tell me they will cook more around 2-3pm today. They offer me more cookies but they are just as dry and stale. They insist on microwaving them but I told them it won’t make a difference.

Be sure to get a receipt if you choose this place. Charged me for stuff I didn’t even want to buy and the meat was super skimpy. I had no choice but to buy extra meat. I’ll stick to the other subways

When I ordered my subs, I told them what meats I wanted along with everything else on the sub. Just like anyone else that has ordered Subway, I expected the employee to charge me for the closest sub to what I ordered. Instead, I was charged 9.99 for a 1-meat sub and 2.99 for any other meats on the sub and 3.49 for bacon. For 2 foot long subs, I was charged over $40!!!! Then, to make it worse, the bread was old and the cookies were not soft at all. Oh and that price did not include a meal, just 2 12-in subs and 2 cookies smh. I will never go there again!!
