I have not received this great of customer service in the Chicago/Chicagoland area EVER. The server was kind in nature, but what really impressed me was when the kiosk automatically asked for a tip and I payed, he went back and cancelled the transaction so that I would not tip without my knowledgeable consent.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the behavior of an employee at your on 05/21/25.
During my visit, I experienced unprofessional and rude behavior from an older looking woman with glasses. I attempted to place my order politely, but the employee responded in a dismissive and curt manner. Not only was she dismissing, but herself along with other crew members were not wearing hair nets which is another problem. When I asked her if the wrap she was making was a foot long she responded in such a rude manner I should’ve walked out at that point but I did not. I’ll never visit this subway location again, and I’ll definitely notify the health department of the staff not wearing hairnets as well.

If the young lady was more focused on insuring I did not get a stale loaf rather than correcting me on the appropriate title of a sandwich option I would’ve had a better experience. I purposely request my sandwich not to be toasted in store to test the quality of bread received

This is my favorite Subway I’ve ever been to, and the owners and employees are wonderful people providing excellent service. I have truly never gotten a bad sandwich from this particular location, and doubt I ever will. Thank you to my friendly neighborhood Subway.

Went in and a guy took my order ,fixed it then rung it up, right before he bagged it he stopped and confirmed somebody else who walked in after me , and took care of him before he came back to me , very rude and unprofessional, will not be back there.
