Horrible just placed an online charged my card, came in at 8:30pm on Tuesday October 21st, young kid ran to tell me they are closed, I told them my order was taken and took my money he said Iam stupid and so is the app, the locked the door and ran to the back with a girl, the store is supposed to be open till 9:30pm worse experience no food, took my money and was called names. Owner should really check cameras and do the right thing! The money was taken out of my account for food your worker refused to give and locked the door??

The customer service here was absolutely terrible,me and my boyfriend walked in and it took the lady almost 10 min to even acknowledge us.she decided to finsh the order that was for to us to go than asked if we’re ready to order.She was extremely rude and had an attitude the entire time

This Subway location is an absolute joke. They only have ONE staff member working, and it’s painfully obvious they can’t handle the volume of customers. The lobby was full, and instead of being helpful or efficient, the staff member was rude and completely unprofessional.

When I came to pick up my order, she had the audacity to tell me it was at a different store. I proved her wrong, yet instead of apologizing, she told me I’d have to wait and then went on to serve SEVEN other people before even starting my order. No sense of urgency, no respect for customers’ time, and zero accountability.

This place is disgusting—both in attitude and service. If you want to waste your time, be disrespected, and leave hungry, this is the perfect spot. Otherwise, avoid this location at all costs. Management clearly doesn’t care about running a decent business, and it shows.

When I walked in, the bell for the door went off so the employees would know someone was there. It still took them awhile to come to the front. The food was fine but when I went to the bathroom, there was no toliet paper and there was hair in the sink. I’ve been coming here for years but ever since the new ownership, it hasn’t been the same.

We found a live bug in our food and when we called them after ordering our food, yhey hung up the phone on us. I don’t suggest to go to this location for Subway as they will serve you live creatures and not care about it. We have a picture of the bug as well but it won’t let us post the picture in the comment section.

I am usually at this location at least 3-4 times a week to pickup lunch for myself and my daughter and I and the service is usually excellent there is one woman and a young gentleman with a ponytail that are extremely friendly and always make our sandwiches deliciously with a smile! However today I got my usual Chicken BACON Ranch foot long or 6” sub upon being rang up I noticed the total was high and upon further notice it was $2.00 more than what I it should have been and when I question the 3 rd young man who later claimed to be the manager, told me the reason why was because of tax, I asked him why tax was so much and he said “oh because of the bacon!” and I asked the gentleman who made my sandwich if he added extra bacon to which he replied “No, just a regular Chicken Bacon Ranch sub, to which I replied then why the extra $2.00 for bacon? The man at the register said that’s the way it’s put into the register and that’s the price! I said so you are charging me $2.00 more for Bacon on a Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub that is already pre-priced on the menu that includes bacon! He pretty much told me yes and I said I order this all the time how long have you been doing this and he told me that’s the way it’s been forever! I asked to speak to the manager to which he replied he was. So I asked for the receipt and the owners name to which he tossed the receipt casually on the counter and said he didn’t know the owners name nor when he would be back into the store! Sorry for the long review but I am seriously wondering how much have I have been over paying without even questioning it prior! I tried to explain to the man at the register that he over charged me like as if I ordered a cheeseburger and he charged me the cheeseburger price which is a little bit more than a hamburger but than charged me additional for the cheese when the price was already reflected in the price on the menu for the cheeseburger, to which he blankly stared at me and told me that was the price am I going to pay it or not?! I will be calling corporate tomorrow and advise them if this locations practices since the young man at the register insisted that was the way he was trained to ring up the subs by the owner and even tried to show me that there was no buttons on the register for the hero’s listed on the signage up on the menus!

First time coming to this location and I ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt. My sandwich was not even wrapped in paper, it was just put into a bag by itself. It was falling apart, ranch was leaking everywhere. I’ve never been to a subway that didn’t wrap the sandwich in paper. Cookie was also pretty much raw, couldn’t even pick it up.

Joy and Christine were awesome! they had my party platters ready early and worked really hard to get them done in time even though the store didn’t open until 9am on Saturday and I needed the platters ready at 9:15 to feed a very hungry lacrosse team. They were super helpful and asked many details about the event to be sure the platters were just what we needed! Thank you!

My family have been using ur Farmingville,New York store for over 14 years.I sent my husband in to get our orders.Which usably there is never a problem.well today when my husband was ready to pay the boy says we don’t take coupon.Like i stated we r customers for many years never ever did the employee deny us usage of a coupon.My next issue I had gone to Farmingville,New York ordered my usual of a toasted tuna foot long when i got home the sandwich had no tuna on it.
Very very disappointed at this time with this location.At this point we can tell you we will no longer be patrons at this location.

Ordered an oven roasted chicken sandwich and when I opened it up at home there was no chicken! Then the last time I went I ordered a BLT for my pregnant sister and they gave her a BMT… she can’t eat deli meat. This location is terrible, literally never had one problem at the other Farmingville location. Also I wrote to Subway and barely got an apology. I told them I paid for something we had to throw away and can’t even get a refund. Just don’t go to this location!!!
