Peter is a sandwich wizard! The Delta Waters location is the only one I will go to. Its unfortunate that Doordash automatically sends orders to the Biddle location. My order there was always wrong and I never was given the double protein I paid for and when id try to call they would NEVER answer. Peter always makes an amazing sandwich the customer service is next level the store is always clean and inviting.

I haven’t ordered subway in over a year. I was driving by and I thought, it sounded good. Went in ordered the 5 meat Italian. Wow I was not expecting it to cost $14.99. Tip was 10% it’s fast food but they do extra to make the sandwich, so I tip. Anyway I got it home and the bread is not fresh, not completely stale mind you but, in places it was dried out. Not worth the money.

We went into Subway hungry and ready to keep running errands, but Pete served us with great hospitality and stellar service. We had great conversations and he was enthusiastic, kind, and authentic. I have never experienced such service at a Subway and we will definitely come back to this location regularly.

Employees are killing your business. Dennys and sharis thought they couldnt be touched also. These employees dliberately give bad service and descriminate against customers. If you won’t listen to reason you will be forced to listen to the drop in your sales. Time to get my subs from Jersey Mikes.

Truly impressed by a subway is not something I would say very often. They make a great vegetarian sandwich and this location did an exceptional job. TC was my sandwich artist I believe his name is Tyler and he was exceptional.

Peter, is his name. The man has taken customer service to another level. From entering to exiting, with my family, it was late, even a couple minutes to close. When manyother would have been irritated, this guy had nothing but positivity and provided such a welcoming atmosphere, so much hospitality. Another week or two after that we ordered through door dash, my lady likes to call in to clarify and add a few extra things, like extra sauses and napkins and other small details .. This guy didn’t miss a thing. The man has a gift. I was super impressed. Buy both of my experiences this subway!

Went in today (2/26) with my mom and ordered a sandwich but then we were the annoying customer that also ordered 5 of the footlong pretzels (we got one for each kid we were picking up from school) the young man helping us was AMAZING and super polite and nice. We felt so bad because we didn’t know the pretzels took a little bit to make and a line started to form. And there was a mishap with the toasting spatula thing (no fault of his at all) he was still positive and well mannered and organized. I didn’t catch his name and the receipt didn’t say on it. But wanted to give him 2 thumbs up! I hope he had a good day!
