They are seriously inconsistent. When my son and I went all summer long our food was great. It was prepared by 2 old gals who worked in the am. I order in the evening and this 18yr old kid a male and our food has been messed up twice. I don’t want to ever order again. I’m deleting my account. I just got a really weird sandwich my daughter ordered and not once in 5months have we ever seen this crap. I never once seen my Philly done like this. Where’s the BBQ and cheese?

I ordered through the app and specifically asked them to put the mayo and mustard on the bread before making the sandwich. I also checked light mayo and for it to be toasted. It was not toasted and they did not put the mayo and mustard on the bread it clearly looks to have been put on over the lettuce and definitely is not easy mayo.
I guess the service depends on who is working as the time before tonight the guy made the sandwich perfect.
Glad I used the 6.99 coupons as if I would have paid full price I would have complained and wanted a refund.
I order specifically every time through the app so there is no miscommunication. I also ask for specifics because I grew up with my mom overseeing 9 subways. My worked at the office not the actual stores and as kids we would be sent in and report back to her boss if something was off or someone was rude or giving food away.

Friendly staff. They all worked together which made it efficient. Seems this place gets repeat customers which is a good thing. Sandwiches come out well. The manager here is very pleasant. Definitely enjoy this one more compared to the redwood highway location. (Not recommended).

The ladies here today are nice, super fast and it was one of the better experiences. The restaurant was clean today. I love the double tuna 6inch sub. The nice thing is you have alot of choices of lunch or breakfast options. They have a nice selection of juice, teas and soda. You can buy soda in the bottle or the soda fountain.

Subway as a whole has really gone downhill. They don’t offer pastrami any longer. This location only had 3 selections of cheese and limited selections of vegetables, no black olives. The girl at the counter got me the wrong bread and her attentiveness was lacking. Also, the drink cooler was broken. Subway used to be one of my favorite chain sandwich shops. This will probably be my last sandwich from Subway unless they make some changes.

On Mother’s Day, 2025, it was decided that the Mom’s would not cook. And the perfect solution to that decision was to order Subway sandwiches for all! It was a sizable order so we went in a day before to talk of about the best time to order and pick up. We were like honored guests! We worked out our menu and then checked in the next morning to confirm. We used those fabulous coupons we receive once a month in the newspaper and that made this family gathering affordable. It was a huge task getting our order done, but as we were told, all we needed to do was call in the morning of Mother’s Day to confirm the pick up time. It was magical! And the ladies that work there, Kelly, Wendy, and Steph (Flower) were so patient and friendly. And this isn’t just one-time. These ladies are there to please the customers, and keep up light converstion the whole time they are making their masterpiece sandwiches! I love this location on Agness as it has great parking, great hours, and always smiles to greet their customers. Stop in . . . you will see what I mean!

Boy cotted subway because they don’t pay attention to instructions on mobile order. Ate there for the first time in a few month- new staff, but still didn’t pay any attention to directions. Not safe.
However the people who did get to eat that had correct orders said it was decent.
