Not the cleanest Subway, the ingredients didn’t look very fresh, and for some reason the bread was chewier and doughier than at other Subways I’ve tried. The staff also weren’t very friendly. I only ate here because I was desperate and didn’t have any other options.

It is in the Walmart but the atmosphere is not that good. Need more staff in was waiting for more than 30 minutes in the line to get my order. Staff is very nice and friendly they are trying to do the best but the service is very slow.

The service at this Subway (inside Walmart Ketchikan) was very disappointing. The female employee was rude and unprofessional. When I pointed at the cheese I wanted (because I didn’t know the name), she refused to help and told me to “say the name.” My friend also had the same issue when choosing vegetables — the employee didn’t wait and even told them to “hurry up.”
As cruise ship crew who come here often, this was very upsetting. I hope management takes this seriously because customers deserve better service.

This Subway SUCKS! They never have anything available. So many times I e stood in line to order just to find out they don’t have what I want 3 different sandwiches were unavailable on my most recent trip, no bread except white. They won’t ever have what she wants so don’t waste your time or spend the extra money at this trashy location.

Your vegetables needed to be freshened up today. About 90% of what was there in sight was yellow and gross looking. Also, at least act like you want to work there. The employee that served me shouldn’t have been there. You’re attitude matters.

Honestly, at this point there can’t be a worst subway. I’ve ordered from then about 15 times and everyone of them they’ve messed it up. Don’t add things put veggies on that wasint on the order. Constantly put less meat on online orders and not on in person orders. I feel like there trained that way. Place needs a serious change. For a subway that out sells the rest of alaskas subways they suckkkk. And if you look at the place a little you can see it’s absolutely disgusting. They never clean anything.

So, I have a lot of complaints about this location. I’m pescetarian due to a meat allergy and there is an older man who works here, for further context the ingredients here are NEVER covered and chicken always gets in the tuna. I always watch the employees when they make my food mostly because of this. One notable time however with this particular employee is that he did not change out the knives used for sandwiches, or his gloves. When I stopped him before he could touch my sandwich with the dirty knife and visible chicken on it he said “But you don’t have an allergy?” I do. I have an allergy. This location is very unsanitary the staff is mostly very rude and they do not have their sanitation rating posted where customers can see it, which makes be believe it’s low. Today I left without buying anything at all because the tuna was so contaminated. All I’m asking is for this location to be more sanitary, clean their workspace, change out their gloves, COVER THE INGREDIENTS, and clean the utensils.
