This is the best Subway I have ever visited. Veggies were fresh, and you can tell the employees really care. My chicken bacon ranch sub was delicious. Everything is clean from the seating to the bathroom. This is a great spot to have a nice quick meal an hour from Fairbanks

We randomly made a stop here and the staff was so nice that we all decided to eat here. Even with a group of 7 and some other customers all at once, they did a great job in listening to our expectations and delivered what we needed.
All of us in the group loved those hardworking staff and I request the local management (or Subway management) to honor their work. It was a labor day today and they are the real professionals serving customers and helping growing the Subway brand.

I visited this Subway yesterday, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The employee at the counter(girl) was unwelcoming and dismissive, refusing to answer our questions about the menu. The bathroom was dirty and had no hand wipes available.
When I asked for a small cup of water, she tried to charge me $2.69. When I clarified that I only wanted water, she replied, “You didn’t say water cup?” I never said soda cup either. This kind of attitude felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
I’ve been going to Subway for years and this is the first time I’ve felt bad about bringing my kids and a guest visiting from abroad. I still gave her tip but I didn’t want to for her attitude. I hope Subway can teach their employees to he humble and respectful. I usually don’t complain about things like these but I felt the need to do this after such an embarrassing encounter with my family.

Stopped here on our way to Fairbanks and had a great experience! The operator was onsite and working, he demonstrated excellent service, and delivered a quality sandwich!
He showed a lot of pride in his restaurant, was very nice, and treated his employees wonderfully.
If we get back to Alaska, we will make a point to visit again.

This Subway was one of the best we have been to. The food was hot and fresh. Even though we ordered 20 minutes before closing, the staff was just as personable as if we were the first customer of the day! Great job, Elijah and we will be back!
