Love being able to place my order online at this location. They always acknowledge the special instructions and get it right every time. I truly can’t say enough about the Delta Subway. They go above and beyond any Subway I have ever been to.

So it’s 6:44 PM on Sunday. we try to order online but can’t. According to their website, they were only open till noon today. According to Google, they were open until 8 PM today. We went in because they were open and asked to see a manager. There was no restaurant manager, so they took us over to the convenience store to talk to Gage. They’re acting manager. we show him that we can’t make it online order and it also shows the restaurant closed. He told us that they were out of a lot of stuff because of their buy one get one free and they had shut down the online ordering. So we asked if we could go ahead and order but still get the buy one get one free. We were told no we can’t do that. This is the second time that this issue has happened because they have failed to order enough stuff to keep being able to fill orders. so we left. It’s sad that every time subway franchise has a buy one get one free deal. This store seems to run out of food and won’t honor the deal. so we have decided we will no longer be doing business with the store in town.

I ordered online because it was a bogo deal. I was charged full price for both sandwiches. I think that they should check with the customers before charging to see if they were using the deal or not. I guess I should amend this as I did order online. It just sucks because the last time I went because of the logo deal, I ended up with three sandwiches, 2 of the same kind, and charged for all three. I will be back because I really like the sandwiches. I will be sure when ordering that I get the deal before paying. The app isn’t that easy to navigate If you ask me.
