The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and you can tell that I hadn’t cleaned it in ages. The spatula they have the bathroom key attached to was filthy. They handed it to me with their gloves on and then went back to making sandwiches without changing their gloves. Don’t eat there unless he’s some kind of disease like salmonella.

Waiting in line. Got a little busy, that’s fine it happens. My spouse ordered 2 sandwiches, one for herself and one for our kid, then they started doing the veggies without starting mine, that’s fine, they have a system, though usually they ask for the whole party’s order before moving on, but it’s fine, I keep waiting. After another person comes off break and joins the line to help, they are told to start helping the person behind me, completely ignoring the fact that I haven’t been helped. When I mentioned that I’ve been waiting (admittedly I sounded irritated), the person rudely said “well I was the only one on the clock”. That’s fine, but you don’t skip someone entirely when they’ve been waiting, especially when the rest of the group’s
orders have been taken. I wasn’t even acknowledged until I got irritated. Also they were coughing a lot a never changed their gloves or anything, and barely turned away, or covered mouth. Really not good service. Go to a different Subway.

Tuna has always been my favorite but the last few times I’ve ordered it, even though I request extra mayo and a bit of mustard the tuna is dry. It is not broken down well so you bite into big chunks of tuna. Another thing – exactly what time of the day do I come to get soft bread. It used to always be soft but not anymore. Hard on the mouth. Guess I have to just start fixing my own sandwich at home.

I ordered through the drive through after the store was closed and it was delicious i ordered a sandwhich and wasnt asked if id like to make it a meal or if id like a drink i was under the impression that theyd ask at the window but that wasnt the case. The staff was very short and to the point. No smile, small talk. Very unapproachable and uncomfortable to ask for anything more.
