I had a mess up on my order for the first time ever and I order from here quite often when I’m at work down the street. The store manager came and handed me a sub fresh and made to absolute perfection and tossed in some coupons to make everything right. Really appreciated the showmanship and for her to come out personally speaks volumes to how that store is ran. Nothing but good things to say! Thanks again for making it right, other stores should take notes because that is how customer service is DONE!

They make good sandwiches for a Subway. I like that they don’t just automatically wrap it in just paper anymore. They don’t skimp on the veggies or sauce. The people that work here are always very friendly. It’s always an enjoyable experience.

My girlfriend and I frequent this subway at least once a week. Today we attempted to call to place an order for pick up and the phone rang for at least 10 minutes before hanging up and going in person. When we arrived, two young females made our sandwiches. They both had attitudes the minute we had walked into the store, they did not wash their hands after touching several items before gloving, and made our sandwiches super sloppy. My sandwich barely had tuna on it- she ripped it while placing the veggies on, pushed everything on the sides and cut it. We are very disappointed and will be calling corporate for this location in the morning.

I went out of my way to go to this Subway, instead of others. Extremely clean. Employees were masked-up, professional, and friendly. Excellent dining experience. Management is obviously strong at this location. Keep it up! Will return and recommend to others!

Friendly staff, good food. However, the veggies looked a little old. The staff was also very inefficient. There were 5 people behind the counter and they all were switching stations and not paying attention to what the other was doing, so it took much longer than it should’ve to make my order.

I’ve decreased my rating of subway after they’ve started charging $15 for a freaking sandwich. Personally I go about a third as much as I used to I hope the three-time price hike was worth it for them.
