I’m so sad for this place. It used to be a comfort to go to subway. This one no longer carries flatbreads and the amount of toppings on a sandwich is extremely lacking. In the photos you’ll see my nephew sad about his favorite sub sandwich. He said “usually in my first bite I always get a meatball. Now I’m on the third bite and no meatball!! It feels like there is only one meatball in here!” The 6 inch meatball sandwich. This one consisted of ONE MEATBALL. ONE. 1. And it cost close to $10 after tax!!! A quick search says it should have FOUR. Poor kid. This is despicable and it seems like the employees are being trained to not make the sandwiches with substance. What happened to the sandwich artists? Is it training? Is it the company trying to cut corners? I don’t know but it’s not making us want to return to this location. I’m so exhausted of complaining to businesses about the crappy product and performance. Just like everything else the only thing that matters is bottom line.

This was by far the worst experience ever! I was not allowed to add any of the condiments that I wanted. I said I don’t mind paying extra. I kept getting told “” I’m not allowed to do that” So basically you can come to Subway want a sandwich but you cannot get what you want on the sandwich no matter what. I will never go to another subway ever again! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.!

Today I wanted a Tuna wrap with Olives and they’re only willing to give me 6 olives, 6 pieces of partial olives on the wrap.

I think the owner is telling workers to skimp on toppings. The average footlong gets 12 slices of turkey, mine tonight had 6. Bread was also stale, bottom was hard as a rock. I feel bad for the workers bc I’m sure many customers take their frustration out on them but this falls on the owner.

Dealing with food poisoning because of this subway.
2 days ago I went in around 8:15 pm (they close @ 9pm) and all the veggies and condiments were room temperature and on the counter, for who knows how long. The workers need a supervisor or manager watching them more closely otherwise more people are going to get sick.

The employees looked tired and angry, one of them didn’t even properly put the lettuce, spinach, and cucumbers in my sandwich. Half of my vegetables are hanging out. On top of that, I didn’t even get a bag to carry my sandwich!

The food is pretty much what I would make at home so I like it very much. However, I wouldn’t have such a wide selection of sandwich ingredients to choose from. The staff is very pleasant and patient as we try to make up our minds. The food service area is always spic and span, as is the employees, which makes for an excellent experience.
