The worker there need more training I paid full price for a 31 and barely got any meat and also didn’t get toasted and my wife food barely got any meat too and she did a custom one with teriyaki chicken overall not a great experience and feel like I lost money for this food.

I have never experienced employees more clueless then the girls I saw today. I ordered 2 dippers for my kids. First they didn’t know how to make them, asked me what kind of cheese, and turned it into a two person job. When it came to ask me what sauce I wanted, I asked for marinara sauce (I have never had a problem getting it) and she stood there looking at the other girl for a good minute confused and said she can’t because her manager never taught them that… let’s just say it was a mistake and not worth the service…. Will not return to this location and don’t recommend it for anyone else

Out of all utensils and does not inform the customer before purchasing a protein bowl or salad. Also out of bell peppers. Tells customers to get a fork from Walmart’s deli, effectively stealing from Walmart to lower their own costs. Very bad owner or manager, whichever is responsible for this poor behavior. Also put less then normal amount of tuna on tuna sandwich. All this leads me to believe the owner is in financial trouble and will short customers.

I went to this location and it took the person making my husbands sandwich almost 20 minutes. We were in line waiting for 3 sandwiches and 1 pretzel for over thirty minutes. We ordered a pretzel at the beginning of our order and after a total of 45 minutes I asked for a refund because we still hadn’t gotten it. The manager was not helping this clearly new employee, instead she was walking around the shop avoiding that area completely. I finally got sick of waiting and asked for a refund. I understand you have a new employee but shouldn’t the manager step in and help and use this as a learning moment? Not only was my service exceptionally poor but so is the training for their new hires.

The blonde chick working all alone on a Friday at 2:30pm was busting her butt while remaining calm. I waited in line super long but I don’t mind because she was kind, smiling, & had a happy tone. I think the 2nd employee was on their break. The manager might think to schedule more employees on Fridays.

I went to go buy a sandwich and and their is a women named hailey and she was the Manager she looked mad and I said I wanted 3 sandwiches and I told her I wanted it toasted and she gave it to me Burt one was for my child that is 3 years old and how is he going to chew a Burt sandwich so I asked her if she could do that sandwich again and she rolled her eyes and she gave me and sandwich and it was even more Burt I didint want to make a show their so I paid and left I can’t belive that somone like that is the manger

Not bad customer service, or messy sandwiches but not pleased with how an employee ignored my instructions of needing new gloves and knife to make a veggie wrap and made it after touching meat so I cannot eat it and have to eat elsewhere. Otherwise good job.
