One star for the friendly people working there. The employees are great.

-10 stars for the laughable prices. $15 for a sub is hilariously bad.

I only went because I got a gift card from family. A $25 gift card gets you one footlong sandwich and maybe a 6 inch next time. No drinks, no chips, no extras of any kind. So basically $25 is one and a half sandwiches, so again, it’s hilariously bad value.

Went back to spend the rest of my gift card and got bread with lots of black burnt spots. The vegetable bins were all freezing up and looked terrible. Probably lots of bacteria growing in those vegetable trays. I bet I’ll be sick tomorrow but hey it was free food, that being said I’ll never return now that my gift card is gone. This place is a joke but nobody is laughing.

Night shift needs more than one person for a dinner rush! It was insanely busy, and the lady working had to handle the drive-thru, phone calls, online orders, and the front counter all at once. She did an amazing job, and I felt terrible for her. I almost told her to forget about making our sandwiches so she wouldn’t feel so overwhelmed. She had an order in the drive-thru, and they ended up leaving instead of waiting. Considering I spent $75, you would think they would have at least two people on shift instead of losing business. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

The veggies were frozen in the bins, when I asked the worker, who was nice, they said that they have been trying to get them fixed and that they cycle between frozen and warm. Which sounds like a recipe for bacteria to me. I will not be going back.

Jacob was absolutely amazing! He was the only person there near closing. They are usually pretty busy at closing and he worked as fast and efficiently as possible taking care of several customers at once! All while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude!He deserves a raise for sure!!!

$21 and some change for a foot long with turkey double meat and bacon. Outrageous. After I stared at the menu looking for a better “combo” that had those ingredients, only then it was mentioned I should have been rung up with a different combo to help make it more price advantageous.

Nothing wrong with the food, and the crew were awesome.

For several months now their drink machine has had problems, whether it’s out of carbonation or lately, it’s not dispensing ice. They say the drinks pour cold but they don’t. It’s summer, this coke is lukewarm. I find it silly because I work at a restaurant and the moment something stops working we either fix it or call out someone who can ASAP.

If I’m going to spend almost 20 dollars for a sandwich and drink, I’d like it to be cold.

This place used to be so good, but the last few times I’ve gone have been super disappointing. One time the bread was burnt on my sandwich, after waiting almost an hour for it. This time, they had my order for almost an hour and it hadnt even been made yet. My Dasher was there over 20 minutes (plus 20 more minutes before he got there). I wish the workers cared about their work like they used too.
