Extremely unhappy. To start off with all our food was made incorrectly. We might have just ordered a loaf of bread and called it good. All of our sandwiches had incorrect toppings in them than to realize the topping were actually put onto the wrong sandwiches. Then for a foot long there may have been five small pieces of chicken basically lettuce and tomato and the rest of the topping like I said weren’t even on there. Called the store to inform them our order was incorrect and yes we ordered online and always check twice, the manager was extremely rude and told us we were wrong. We went back to the receipt read it off only to have her cut us off and tell us we were wrong. I asked her how could make it right and told me we couldn’t. I asked for her higher up managers number and gave me someone else’s number but finally got the right number and still awaiting a phone call back. Worst experience ever and this will for sure be our last time older like we did online. We will always have to go in to watch them make our sandwiches. At this point for the money not worth it especially if they are rude to you on the phone and don’t want to correct their mistake. We referred many people

First time in a subway like this. We were not able to see the meats or the cheeses. The window was covered. The lady was really patient with us, but had to take out the meat and cheese to show us if that’s the kind we want.

Hello Typical subway fare. Good food. However customer service was not the best. Sandwich artist didn’t seem to really want to be there. Slow, uninterested, not impressed and the worst attitude never smiled not even a half smile and throwing stuff I’ve been there before and always had good service with smiles. We went around 6:40 today September 24 I hate leaving reviews anywhere but this was just to much I’m sorry and thank you

Strike 1: This subway does not serve eggs
Strike 2: I was told that the flat bread cannot be toasted, because it would burn the bread.
Isn’t that by definition the whole point of toasting?
Anyway I waked out. I don’t understand why someone would buy a subway franchise just to go out of their way to make it worse than all the other ones
